MVMCP Question

Ok there's already a "who's going in Dec thread?" So I don't feel to bad asking Christmas questions in June. Heck my first trip in Dec 2001 I started planning in Jan.

I have a question about MVMCP. I've read about the Princesses being there and their lines are long. Does anyone know when they first come out. Is it when it opens or after the 1st parade? Does anyone know about how long the event is? Do you get in any earlier staying on property?

I don't know the answer to your question, but I will bump this up for our experts in case they missed it!!

No earlier for on-site. A nice thing to do though is to make a PS dining at one of the open sitdowns (last year it was only Liberty Tree at that time, but other years CP and Tony's were open also) so that you are finishing up about the time the party starts. Also, last year, they did not really clear the park out, seemed sort of confusing. As for the princesses, my recollection (for what it is worth) is that they are meet and greet at the start of the party, on the Fantasyland side of the Castle, with Cindy's coach out on display. I always enjoy the party, every year.

The last 2 years you could be admitted after 4:00pm with your MVMCP tickets & get your wristband. It gives you a great jump on the party. The only bad part is we were back in Tomorrowland at 7:00 and missed the snow on Main Street.

I don't know when the Princesses started their photo op behind the Castle but they were there on and off through the night and they would take turns as well. First I saw Cinderella and the Fairy Godmother and then later I saw almost all the Princesses. I think they are not there for the parades...

It was a kind of long line for MVMCP but manageable but on Halloween night last year the line was VERY VERY long and not worth waiting in...
