I was fine on Dinosaur. To put that into context (and hopefully make it meaningful as a reference):
Space Mountain - can do once, but makes me nauseated towards the end, but am fine by the time I exit and walk around
Rock N Roller Coaster - did once - never been so affected by any ride before. Really made me feel pretty bad for a few hours afterwards
BTMRR - can do no problems
Star Tours - will do once because I love Star Wars but i have to look away or close my eyes at times (the longer it goes the worse I am) but I am usually fine by the time I exit and start walking around a bit
Body Wars - gets me and since I don't really care about the theming, I don't ride this one
Test track - no problems - I love this ride!
Tower of terror - loved this! Up and down I can do, plus it's a fairly short ride - it's loopy stuff in the dark or simulators that get me.
Dinosaur is very similar to the Indiana Jones ride in
DisneyLand and we did that one back to back two or three times - this doesn't have as much of the sustained bouncing around as Body Wars or Star Tours, and it doesn't have the "roller coaster in the dark" fast loopy turns that seem to get me on Space Mtn and (whew!) RNR.
I tried Bonine on my second trip to MGM to see if I could ride RNR and enjoy it, but the medicine made me so drowsy that I didn't feel like I could ride because of that, so i have yet to try it again.
I've heard it's better if you don't sit in the front (we were in the first car) because you can see the cars ahead of you and it gives your body visual cues of what's coming so it can cope better. I
might test this theory on our May trip

.
Hope that helps
