Most romantic resort during the holidays??

We're planning our anniversary/holiday getaway and would love your inputs on which resort is best during the holidays. Any extra activities that we should look into? We're on a budget!!

WL is most romantic due to the fireplace, neat pool area, sleigh rides and Christmasy feel. Of course on a budget pop is best and we actually prefer it, but it isn't romantic.
