good morning!

Sorry I wasn't around much yesterday. I was at a very nice restaurant for lunch--I celebrated my 25th Anniversary with my company. There was a group of 6 of us that made it. The president of the company, the chairman of the board & a few others took us to the Four Seasons (which is an awesomely expensive restaurant)! I had crab cakes ($42) which were all crab, and almost no filler. And they were fantastic. Also had a $20 salad, a $5 cup of coffee & a $10 dessert.

Wow, that sounds really nice Missy. I wonder what a $20 salad has in it?

I went to lunch on the Strip today with Ruben at Earl of Sandwich and I thought of you. I know you like it there.

Hi Beth! A $20 salad has some Boston lettuce, about 2 slices of pear, about 5 spicy pecans & a sprinkling of fancy cheese. It was really good, I wish I could have had seconds! and the crab cakes were amazing. And I do love EofS--I didn't get to eat there the last trip--too freaking crowded. So it'll be first on my list the next time I'm at WDW!

Hi all! Not snowing here yet, but we may get a lot of snow! part of me wants it (so I can stay home from work), but another part of me doesn't (I don't want to shovel snow). So we shall see what happens.....

Good morning from snowed-in LI! It started snowing about 7 PM last night, I think it's finally stopping now at 11! I didn't even try to go to work, we must have close to 10 inches out there!

Actually, it didn't stop snowing, and is in fact still snowing now at 12:45! We are going to have to shovel soon. At least the plows came thru.

You can tell this was a big snowstorm--even NYC schools were closed! That almost never happens.

Well, it took us 45 minutes but we did the shoveling, so we can get out of the house tomorrow.
