Hubby and I have been married 40 years next Sunday.......when we were first married he was in the Navy and we were not rolling on easy street.......so we always tried so hard to get something for each other that we thought we needed......well we stopped that after the kids were born and we do not buy each other presents for special occasions......we do it when the urge hits......or when we want to go to Disney we say.....lets look at AIR....when we wanted a new four wheeler we got it.....and when I needed a new gun we went and bought it......catch my drift......we do cards and sweet words...(have to remind him of those sweet words)....hahahha..
I love my hubby (even though some daysssssssss........oh brother) but he is a wonderful guy and when I almost lost him two years ago.. ...I will hold onto him forever and ever......

This July will be 8 years for Chad and I. I can't believe it. We'll be celebrating our 40 year before we know it. Lord willing!! Do you think any of us will still be posting here? Will the DIS be around in 32 years? lol Of course by then a 1 day ticket to WDW will cost around $200. A value resort will be $300 a night. LOL!

My Mom is around your age(i think, not to make you feel old) and she is still pretty. My Grandma is in her late 70's and she is still young and pretty.

It is getting cold outside.

We just got back from Nicholas ball game I was freezing. I thought the game was at 4:30, I get there and they say no it is a practice game starts at 6:00. They gave us 30 mins. to go get some dinner and get back for the game.

Marita-- my anniversary is around your I think. It will be 13 for us.

Twinkie-- hope we get to see some pictures.

Pumba-- You could make it to 75 years. You and your hubby have good genes to have parents in there 90's.

I realized in my stupor yesterday that I didn't say how cute Cash Money is - moo! You're a lucky grandpuppymom! And also your daughter looks different than the picture you've showed us before - must be the tan.

It was fun being a grandpuppymom for the week!!! My daughter does get really tan every summer. Her hair looked really pretty in the other pic that I posted. She uses my shampoo/conditioner when she's home because I don't like the way hers smells, so she always says her hair looks carpy when she visits because of that.

I finally confessed to Tammy yesterday that I was upset because I knew she hadn't bought me anything.
She said "But your birthday is still several days away!"
Umm. No.
So I went to bed at like 6 and she went shopping with Anthony and Jeanie.
He told her to get me an Ariel doll. Awww! How sweet is that?
Instead, she got me this

Only it's tanzanite. It's beautiful! And she got me flowers and made me a scavenger hunt to find the present.

lMoo - Thank you so much! That celery is adorable! I was on a work phone call when I saw it, so I started giggling and had to explain why I was laughing - thank goodness it was someone who knows my name is celerystalker online and knows about my online friends - otherwise I would have had to start at the very beginning.

And no, I did not wear a birthday button at WDW. I don't like lying - so I'm sure if I wore it, everytime someone said happy birthday, I'd have to explain that it wasn't *really* my birthday and I was just celebrating. And then I wouldn't get to ride any rides cuz I was too busy explaining myself to strangers.

The trip already feels lightyears away. Kinda weird.

Glad you liked the Celery-mobile! I thought it was kinda funny. I get what you're saying about wearing the birthday button. I would probably feel the same way, but I know a lot of people do wear them during their trip if it is near-ish.

Sorry the trip seems so far away - at least Twink sent you some Wishes and a meet t-shirt!!!

Grasshopper update: I rock at being pregnant. I have clean blood, low blood pressure, not anemic (yet) and best of all doppler revealed an active Grasshopper already trying out some ninja moves... all with a heartbeat of 162 beats per minute.

Highlight the following (a trick I learned from Lil Blue) if you want to hate me. Since my last apt at 8 weeks I have LOST 3 LBS... DH is worried but I am not so secretly glad.

The girls have gymnastics now but if I get everyone shuffled off to bed early I may have time to play tonight!

Woo Hoo, Twinkie I think I found the weight that you lost!!!

Let us know if you can play tonight. I PROMISE not to be a bad influence again

Thank you very much about C's necklace. It was at dinner last night that Anthony suggested I get her an Ariel toy for her birthday. I went to Wal-Mart AFTER I had dinner with the kids.

I'm just really glad that my Godkids are taking to Celery better these days! I'm also thrilled that Celery likes her necklace. I think it looks good on her!

Now, so as to be in the loop, I need to catch up with y'all....a coupla pages back. Maybe 1 page. I dislike that you pregnant ladies haven't gained anything yet. I ate for a litter of babies when mine were singletons. I'm actually very happy for both of the mommies!!!!


I cleaned my carpet today. Every muscle I have is aching! Who knew there were carpet-cleaning-muscles??? My carpet hadn't been cleaned since we bought the house nearly 2 years ago. NO wonder all our white socks were always filthy! You should have seen how gross the used water was I think I'll soak in a HOT bubble bath to ease my aches and pains.


Is anyone else having allergies? My helk! I am soooo sneezy and sniffly and weezy. I'm like 4 out of 7 dwarfs!!! I can't wear my new contacts or eye makeup and everything I take as far as medication knocks me out. Sheesh!

NO EYE MAKEUP, PEOPLE!!!! I do have a cool new straw cowboy hat and sunglasses as a disguise! I should posty the new pics of Sid and me! I was nearly as cool as her....NOT! I'm Ugly Betty to her Angelina Jolie! But I totally dont care, she is such a great new friend!!!!!!

Life has been crazy busy lately. I did want to say meeting LBlue was an absolute treat, and she is just as sweet and terrific as I imagined. Baby TJ was of course a cutie. I was THIS close to caving on the 5th kid thing, but I decided to let the experts Twinkie and MommyP have a go at it first. I'll wait and see how they survive.

Did Celery tell you that I'm in the employment search again?

I was passed up for a promotion for the 3rd time...AFTER hearing about how my director really wanted to put me in management position. The first time to a girl who never stayed past 2:30 each day, the second time to a girl who had only been at my agency for three months before the postion was open.

And now to I don't know who...but I have the most seniority. So...I'm quitting with a 30 day notice.
