Hi all.

We had more bad news regarding our insurance. This time it's DH and me. Not looking good. Not sure how we're going to have this baby now. I am going to apply for medicaid for pregnant women, but I can't until my appointment and I have proof of pregnancy. Thankfully our last several paychecks have been super low, so that may help. A friend of mine once tried to get it and was actually told by the worker, "Well, you know, you're skin is a little light." Can you believe that?

So I've been so stressed and crying this afternoon. We left my parents because I just wanted to be left alone.

We're having frozen pizza for dinner.

I'm hoping that since LittleBlue hasn't posted again that is good news she is cuddling her new baby!!

LittleBlue - Are you cuddling your new baby? Did you have an epidural?

Went to the Finance Party this afternoon for a bit, but it was super hot.
It was nice though, they had good food, and dunktank and games where you could win lots of raffle tickets for prizes. I didn't play any though. I stayed from 12:30 - 2:30 and went home to work from my couch. Just too dang hot, and lots of work to do.

Oh, one of the prizes they raffled off was dinner for two ANYWHERE on Disney property! Wonder if they thought to exclude V&A's?

Wow Little Blue! I hope you have a Little Thumper Joy in your arms now! I LOVED all the Grasshoppers you found for me.

DH likes the name Grasshopper too. We have a hard time picking out names so this kid might end up being Grasshopper legally.....

I even explained the whole story to him (you see there is this really cool gal on the boards named Sid, well not really that is what we call her and the running joke is that she is a ninja whereupon he interrupts... if she was a real ninja she wouldn't tell anyone... stealth ya know... anyhoo... he only rolled his eyes ONCE and agrees that Grasshopper is the perfect name)

Cheer up MommyP! One day at a time. Yes they will be rude. Yes it will be long and full of paperwork and even embarassing but I am sure you will get maternity coverage. It is easy to be overwhelmed with all the changes. (Why am I so full of sunshine??? I had a nap today!)

Evening all! I was able to get on here a little earlier tonight. I picked up Chinese for dinner and we're just hanging out at home tonight (must see TV, you know)!

I think it means she has a lava lamp- but it actually matches the decor....

Well, I sure wouldn't be surprised if my reflexology/massage person has a lava lamp! But it's kind of like going to therapy without therapist prices. And she often has goog common sense suggestions for things to do for stress and pain reduction. I sit there and go, "Why didn't I think of that?"

I just got back and spent way to much money today on hubby's credit card.

Bought my new skirt and top There was a much nicer lady there this time.

Yay!!!

hey guys.....no news yet? SHOOT......I was hoping we were all cyber aunties and Uncles......

When you were talking about Marie I thought you were talking about me and I was out in left field someplace wondering what the heck are they talking about..

Went to Eye doctor this morning and the reason I can see much better far away is that darn cataract....it is doing something and I can see farther better..scared me for sure.....cause I dont know if I can have some one doing SOMETHING to my eyeball while I am sitting there or should I say laying there ......Nope.....I am not that good yet.....but my eyes did change though...weird...
tonight pops and I went out to eat.....then we went and did a slew of groceries that we have not done in three weeks.....weird how you run out of certain foods........yes we can have a major disaster in Maine and we could eat for a good two or three weeks except for Milk......only thing I would need......I am one of those people that have two or three of everything....

Baby TJ hope you are almost here or here by now and show us your cute little face......

forgot when I walked to the eye doctors this morning......almost two miles.....I nearly froze my fanny off......it wsa 42 and my body was not used to that for sure......I had a quarter of nine appointment and I got home at eleven......took a cab home

I about melted today, it was so hot!

I just sent an email to my boss, saying I am working from home tomorrow. I gave him an out though, said I would take a vacation day if he didnt feel comfortable, while at the same time telling him I had lots of work planned for the weekend (which I do!) I just dont feel like driving in tomorrow.......

yah I froze today......with the wind and it was RAW out.....it was wicked chilly....I thought I would work up a sweat for two miles but heck no...
When we were in Disney.....it was hotter in Maine....85 in Maine and it was 80 in Disney.....but heck I would freeze and love being someplace that had cooked meals and someone making my bed.......although I always pull it together so it doesnt look like a slob stayed in our room.....
Hubby says.....DONT MAKE THAT BED......but shoot I even fold the towels so that they are not in a bunch.........I know Marie is not a pig after all......

I hope it is because the new Mama is napping, and has been for a few hours now.

I had a day.

Took 3 fifth graders to a special"Honorary Page for the Day" program. They got to shadow a congressional (State that is) page for the day.

I picked a bad day to try to break in my new sandals. We must have walked a few miles and on hard hard floors the whole time.

Tomorrow is field day at the kids school so I'll be out all day and beat when I get back.

Time to get back to the kitchen already.

So I was melting in the heat today. Sweat running down my forehead kind of heat. Meanwhile, the assistant to my VP, who wears pretty heavy makeup, was dry as a ???????? (cant think of a term)! Not a drop of sweat on her face

Haley-- I just got out of the kitchen, I made 8 dozen cookies for the grade one class tomorrow for Hannah's birthday.

She drew a picture of what she wants on the top of her big cookie ( that will be her birthday cake) I have to draw a butterfly, sun and a heart with legs and arms. And Happy Birthday on it in icing. I think I can do that.

Marita sent some of that heat our way. There will be a lot of people camping this weekend. Monday is Victoria Day or better know here as the 2-4 weekend.

I will not be camping though. Hubby is going to Buffalo to see a hockey game. And Hannah has a birthday party to go to.
