I get deals like that at Sweet Bay. I just walk through the meat department only looking for yellow tags. I've gotten 2 pks of cubed steak before for $1.00.

Great deal. I haven't made cubed steak in like forever. I should go back to WD and get a couple of more packs, but that's not gonna happen....

Sandy-- I remember watching Pollyanna in elementary school. I thought how cool to watch a movie in school. We didn't get to go to the show at all when we were little. Having six kids in the family and all. I remember seeing That Darn Cat too.

Pumba -- sounds like your having a lovely birthday. Hope Marita's cabin has indoor plumbing.

Another hockey game on tonight. I think the Wings will win again. Nicholas so wants the Penguins to win. He has the coat , t-shirts etc.

Thanks for the birthday gifts....they are the greatest..
I received two cooked lobsters ready to be devoured...still hot off the steamer..I love a place that does the dirty work for you......the lobster was delicious and hard shelled....so lots of good sweet meat........Delicious......got some flowers and a cake with good frosting.....not best cream....but the real stuff......delicious.....and a gift certifcate to the seafood store to pick up some more lobsters or steamers if I want ........yummy

Also we got our anniversary gifts from the kids and more gift certificates to our favorite mexican restaurant....YUMMY again....

Random thought... In Germany, at least among my family and friends, it is quite common to serve champagne for a casual afternoon visit. After coffee and cake.

...something very big was laying across. lucky it jumped up & took

girl...who "had" to sit to next...to jordan.....[ she thought she

Babynurse-- green for May. I have two May babies so my family ring is not very colourful.

It is raining here again and darn cold....it is June 1st come on warm weather. 29 more days and counting for school to end.

Dentist was as bad as it could get - and then some. 5 hours of work... guess you could say I'm loopy right now! Lord help me. I cant even tell you what all was done, something about my bone, planing, or lengthening? Thank God for medicine, modern medicine - and nitrous oxide... it may get worse, and it will get worse when the stuff wears off...
