That sounds like the No Help department at the healthcare company I temped for. Every time I would try to print from Excel it would completely freeze and I would have to reboot. I then uninstalled and reinstalled the printer drivers. When that didn't work I called the helpdesk. Their very first question..."Did you reboot the computer?" Oh about a dozen times already buddy.

Kids do not bother me. I've had a day care in my home for 10 years. I've had some wonderful families come through here. I have several right now. After all these years when I get a card or a plant with a note to just say thanks, or someone gets wind that its my birthday and brings over a trinket, it touches me so deeply. I save the cards when families move on and thank me for being in their childs life. I love it when I'm in a restaurant and a child I used to watch comes over and says hi. There's no better feelling

Sweet story Monica....I used to see kids I taught to swim years later when they come up to me say hello when I used to live in my hometown.

My very, very lazy trip report.

First we went to the beach

Then, Ben broke my boogie board and I tried to kill him. I failed miserably.

I convinced Ben to put cucumbers on his eyes because they were hurting him. Then he fell asleep and I made Eren go sit by him in her pink princess skirt and I photographed it. Then Ben woke up and tried to kill me. He also failed miserably.

I don't know what's come over me to make me willing to post pictures of myself in a swimsuit. Just look at the other people.

A good time was had by all.

At night, we went out to dinner.

Some days we went to the pool instead of the beach.

One day we woke up and it was time to leave. But only because we were going to Disney World, so we weren't sad....

We drove from the beach to Disney World. As soon as we got there it was time to get dressed for the Pirate and Princess Party!!!!

Once again, a good time was had by all.

One day, at MGM (NOT Hollywood Studios), we got to try the new Toy Story ride. However, just as we were getting ready to get on it, it broke. We were all escorted off the ride. We came back later and got to use the fastpass line. I really liked this ride!!! Even the queue is adorable. Everyone needs to ride it.

We of course ran into some familiar characters.

I even rode the carousel for the first time ever in all my trips to Disney. Imagine that.

Don't ask me why, but I must see these guys every time I go to AK. They wow me.

Once again, one morning we woke up and it was time to go home. Except I didn't have to go home because I live/work here. So, all my friends went home. I was sad to see everyone go, but we had a great trip! The end.

DS called tonight, he passed another big test . He said hethinks he might actually graduate. If all keeps going well, he and his class will get promoted next week, and , get this, get TV and Movie theater priviledges And it will be their duty to harass the poor newcomers!

Nab, I have had poarsis (sp) since I was 27. You have to make sure you use the creams they give you. I am using peanut oil with something in it. A lot of med. for Psoriasis has coritsine (sp) in them. Sun is suppose to be good. Back 30 yrs ago they would do xrays treatment and use tar based oil. Talk about smelling to high heaven. Hope he will stop picking at them. Take care

regarding the skinny, young former college chick - it sucks cuz she doesn't eat meat. We could fatten her up real fast with some fried chicken!

oh wait - she's at chef mickey's for the summer -
that means she'll be eating lots of Krispy Kremes!

and I bet she likes those weird little oreo dessert thingamabobs.

my personal favorite are the cheese blintzes with cherries on top.
YUM!

regarding the evile picture - people were asking how mineral makeup holds up to disney heat and humidity - the proof is in the picture!!! I told them it obviously works cuz you always look fabulous even though that pic was taken at 2 in the afternoon in AK in September.

just a check in.......I am okey....it wasnt bad at all....most was the fear...I know what went on ....the eye drops are what hurts the most.....stings. I also have a pill that makes one have to potty often......that is to reduce the fluid in my eyes with gluacoma....I have a 7 am appointment to check on my eyes....thanks for your prayers and pixie dust and wonderful thoughts..you guys are not make believe friends.....you are the best......thanks

celery It's mean to laugh at your computer misfortunes, but that was pretty funny! Can they make things any more complicated? Maybe find a few dozen more pointless questions to ask? I guess every IT dept. is a bit like yours because I used to grouse about our "Helpless Desk," too.

They say vine tomatoes are fine to eat. At least that is what I heard on our news. But at all restaurants here they have a notice on the door...no tomatoes.

Celerymama-- they told us he will have it all the time now off and on, also said it takes 4 - 6 weeks to clear up. I will for sure use the meds.

Mony-- glad DH's test went fine. Must be hard not to be there.

Marita-- for you son. Told you he is going to graduate. Have you booked a flight yet?

UMA-- Is your house still clean....I am still doing well with my counters I surprised myself.

No, I havent booked a flight yet, still not sure if we are driving or flying, $700 plus, and it only saves about 5 hours.
Plus I want to make sure all goes well. He still has almost 2 months to go.

I don't know about the gentlemen in the pictures, we kinda just found them on the beach. Is that frowned upon?
