Well, I failed miserably on the Chanitix
My BFF is trying to encourage me to try something else starting Monday, I have my doubts. Cigarettes are my friend

I did something really stupid today. We had a meeting scheduled with the director, so the boss and coworker started out just ahead of me in a dark red sedan. So I saw this car and followed it, not sure what the quickest way was to where we were going. I follow along, out of the Cont, the car goes to the road past Fort Wilderness. I think, ok, seems like the long way around... Then heads to the "all guest areas" leading back. I think what the heck??????? Maybe there is a shortcut I dont know about. I could tell there were 2 people in the car, and it had FL license plate. So I follow along, all the way to Epcot. I think, did they change the meeting location and nobody told me????
Get to the the toll booth and they show an ID and get waved through. I follow. pull up alongside them. THey sit in the car for a bit. Finally a man says hello to me, I thought maybe he came from some car that parked just before. I said "HI". Then the woman gets out, and it was NOT my co-worker. Then I finally figured out I had folllowed a guest all the way from the Contemporary to the Epcot parking lot!!!!!!!! OOOPS!! Poor guy i am sure thought I was stalking them So I was late for the meeting, but not too much since it started late.

Yes, Nab, been working a lot again on a project that we have an update meeting for with some VP's in a couple of weeks, that's what the meeting with the director was about today too

wany kno....how i quit?...$! u refused to pay more than a $ a

....this dvc....junk got me , but my lil'sweetie started crying
over keeping it. disney got a problem! [ don't you hate it, when
someone else problem is dump on you?] ..* & "this", was something-
"dvc" processing...that i didn't want to get involved. period.

....fyi,....no matter the stressors... i am always listening to the other
person. i was not impressed to hear....after all we did to prevent
these problems,..with our first guide being out sick...they gave us
a replacement, who told me...he was "off" those first 2 booking days.
make alot sense-less?

moo??? i repeated this 25 times, about our room. . i
don't think.....they expected....2 different categories....already booked
prior to the real booking timeframe. goofy, must be calling the shots?


to me, the dvc is a bunch of mean~spirited people out to cause some
misery....& i don't care about good intentions, we were promised certain
stuff...& we got nothing. as soon as i can persuade my lil'cutie back
from the dark side, we are pulling out!


what the dvc.....needs, more people like you moo!

....ok, ok....we don't keep a neat & tidy...house. anyway....see the
"disney board"? i made that! ...& collected the characters'
pictures..& autographs...see?...it slides back & forth to buzz &
woody.....& tinker bell/princesses. not that i am bragging....like wt,



however, don't be mistaken.....these kids..know how to be happy, &
they gave us more than we ever gave them,


a long time ago, this was the norm..where i grew up. before make a
wish....there was cripple children...& they gave me the opportunity
to over come a few obstacles...if i ever get our stupid..dvc
straighten out.....i would love to send...this family to disney. believe
me...they will be the one providing the real......

Marita.....I too had a hard time at first quitting the dreaded cigarettes. BUT my husband encouraged me (twisted my arm and his arm--both of us were smokers) It was hard to quit as we had none of these "helpers" back then. I cried alot too. Try this another week. But do the second week part and see if that helps. Some people just need that extra boost to do it. Also the biggest thing for us was fear. Fear that we were smoking in front of our kids and we may of made them sick too. YES PEOPLE...us old people smoked in the houses and in front of the kids and with kids on our laps ....all the horrible things we did to our children. AND then one day came the notice that cigarettes were bad for us and also second hand smoke....
Quitting is hard Marita. No doubt about it....It has been 24 years since quitting. January 1st wake up and no smokes.....

waiting for the egg lady to come. I LOVE fresh free range eggs. So do my neighbor and her co workers.....one lady bought four dozen in December (when the chickens were molting, and didnt lay as many) because she thought she would run out. I laugh at that.......Sure we can go to the mkt and pay probably a dollar less but these are good....2.50 cents a dozen..
also this lady is in her early 80s and needs some extra income. So I am helping her and she is giving me awesome eggs.......ONE type is blue shell....it is from the Easter Egg Chicken......honest...I googled it too...

Mony, way to go on all the housework! Don'tcha LOVE when you walk into a room and everything is neat and clean? (Good thing I'm so easily pleased, eh?) My first floor is in order at the moment, but I REALLY need to spend some time in my dressing room, which seems to be the go-to room for all the misplaced stuff in the house. I also need to weed out the clothes I no longer wear. But that's gonna be an all-day project, so it'll have to wait.

too bad everything is a mess again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Marita-- Pumba right hang in there. And following the wrong car is something I have done before.

Lil'g -- glad you made those kids Christmas bright. We make sure that we do the toy mountians, food banks etc. year round. My family has so much , when I buy so little food sometimes and it comes to so much I feel for the people that can't even afford that. Hang in there with your DVC it will work out.

Pumba-- my mother in law gives us fresh eggs once in awhile because her home care person brings them to her. I just wish they were screened for blood spots etc. Once you break an egg in a cake mix your toast if it has one.

Mony-- my house is a wreck too. Hubby works this week I will try to get it back in order then or not....

howdy partners.

Just got home from doing the dreaded grocery shopping.. They had this special on bratz...and hubby being the nut that he is......bought 15 pkgs of it.....instead of being 4.00 a pkg it was 98 cents........so cookout is in the order....he loves these....we are going to give 8 to our son and dil so they can enjoy the sale too..

Didnt need a whole lot tonight...not even milk.....still have a gallon that we got at the beginning of the week......I made tapioca remember......hahaha.

The weather has been really crazy today. The wind is causing white out conditions then the sun shines bright. Now it is blowing and snowing again. Crazy.

We went out for dinner tonight. Thought we would go early but so did everyone else it seemed. The place we went to is called Swiss Chalet. It is a chicken place that had a festive meal before Christmas and it gave you chocolates with a 2 for one dinner in January ( only Monday to Thursday) so tonight was the last night. Place was crazy. But oh so good and cheap.

Was at the school today to because Hannah got another award for her writing from her teacher at assembly today. She was so surprised and happy. She is having a good month.

Hi all,

Nothing much to report today. We had an all salaried meeting today, and they had a healthy cooking demonstration as part of the Health and Wellness push at work. Halibut and some sort of edeme veggie mix. We all got to try a sample at the end. THey serve it at The Wave. Im not much of a sea food fan, but I really liked the veggies.

Nabbie, when there is nothing on TV, try HGTV, House Hunters, I like that, or my first house, similar. Also tonight is Kitchen Nightmares on BBC America with Gordon Ramsey.

Lil G, so nice what you did for those kids! Hang in there with DVC!

Thank God tomorrow is Friday!!

Marita dont give up on you!! You are right, working and quitting smokes is NOT an easy road - dont give up!! Try something else... aaack on following the wrong car - I know i would've freaked!!

dh is recovering from bronchitis.. dd and I just have the cough so far... miserable... need to sleep more...

dh started his NEW JOB Monday President Obama gave his speech... dh may lose his J-o-b Obama wants to make money available for the small businessman... well that money comes from...somewhere... oh take it from NASA - lets OUTSOURCE THE SPACE Program to CHINA!! dh has a job for 3 days.... We have gotten so many great things from our space program...

Stupid itouch!!! I think I accidentally unsubscribed to this thread while looking at it the other night when DS was hogging my computer for a school project!

Now it's too late to go back and ketchup! Got to take my NyQuil so I can breathe and sleep tonight, or at least if I can't breathe, I'll be so out of it that I won't care.

Good Morning. It's a good day cause there's no math classes to attend today.

I am in a pre calc class that I am not going to do good in. It's very hard for me. The teacher has lectured on the difference quotient for the last 3 classes (2 hours each) and I have to keep teaching myself what's in the book. It's like my on-line class all over again.

Want to know how warm it was this week and HOW COLD it is now.....it is stinking cold.....it is 9 and with the wind chill..brings it down to ten below zero.....poor Meg went out and said ......I am only going to go peee cause it is to cold to squat and think about it....so in she ran.....Poor baby.

Tomorrow will be another big doctors bill for the doggie..She cant have breakfast so that will be a chore in itself......so pill at six thirty or seven and then blood test at ten thirty..then she will eat like we had slit her throat and cant make up the amount of food that she will eat or STEAL....

Sandy-- Does that mean your DH doesn't have a job now? You have had a rough year.

Ali -- I did that on hubby phone, it is so close to last page you hit unsubscribe instead. Do you have a cold too like Sandy?

I need to clean my house today but know that won't get done until hubby goes back to work tomorrow. Not sure what is on his agenda today. We have been out all week. I do love it though just the two of us without the kids. Lovely.

I didn't go to work today because they kept saying it would be bad - I felt pretty stupid when there was no snow by 10 - but it's been crazy snowing for hours now!
