FYI, todays paper has a $2.00 Similac Advance coupon.

It is good on any size. Target has 32oz ready made Similac on sale for $5.49. If you buy ahead make sure you check your expiration dates, most are pretty far out.

I was so excited Enfamil sent me a 6 pack of ready to use formula in the mail yesterday. I love freebies...has anyone else gotten any?

Nope, I haven't gotten anything yet. :confused3
Maybe they're on to me.. I filled all those forms out with this address, the new address and my parent's address too. :rotfl:

But I am going to see Wicked when it comes here to San Antonio in June so I'm happy about that :thumbsup2

Patsy, love the belly pic! You're too cute! Sheer top and all :rotfl:

Thanks for all the compliments on Jake's U/S pics everyone! I am just in total love with that little boy :lovestruc

I hope everyone here has a wonderful Mother's Day! I'm off today so I'll probably just hang around and relax. Should be nice!

Ohh, Wicked is WONDERFUL! Let us know how you like it, I LOVED it!!
Thanks... stupid shirts stretching out to be sheer. Don't they know pregnant ladies get bigger?!
He is totally cute. Are you going to post any of the other pictures?
You too! Enjoy the day off!
DH and I have to go to Pittsburgh... we got a hotel room since he has a DR appt. at 9:30 in the morning and I wasn't up for the 2 1/2 hour drive that early... :scared: They're going to "zap him" so he says. I'm trying not to laugh at him. ;)

I understand-last night set up back $130!!!!!

I was kinda hurting last night during the movie, and thought about that myself.

I don't think you have to be a trekkie to like the movie. But knowing the show's history let you in on alot of inside jokes. There is alot of action, but alot of humor, too. And I even cried a couple of times!

OHMYGOD! :scared1: $130? It stinks that a night out gets to be so astronomically expensive! We're lucky movies don't cost us anything (except last night a belly poke from the manager;))

I was really hurting last weekend during Wolverine. The theater was packed so I couldn't stretch out or anything but last night I had DH sit in the handicap area so I put my legs on his lap (otherwise I'd of been sooo swollen!)

I'll have to go watch something else while DH watches Star Trek. We do that a lot. I take a friend and we split up. :rotfl:

MelissaG-- I didn't know that either! Holy crap, that will be a gorgeous baby!:worship:

This will be my second time seeing it :rotfl: I saw it about a year and a half ago in Dallas. Love it love it love it! Have you read the book? It's REALLY different from the musical and it's awesome. It's one of my favorite books. I've read it more times than I can count. It's a lot more dark and complex than the musical and the musical is definitely loosely based on it. But I just love all the music from Wicked...it's so fun! Defying Gravity always makes me cry though ha ha!

And here you go...just for you ;)

He was trying to hide in this one. My friend said it looks like he's giving the finger  :rotfl:

The lady who adapted the book for the stage, Winnie Holzman, is married to my grandpa's best friend from high school, Paul Dooley. They kept in touch over the years (I've met Paul) but I never got to meet Winnie. I always wanted to so I could ask her a million questions, but grandpa is gone now and I've lost the chance. I think it would have been super, super cool to talk to her. I remember begging my parents, back in the day, to have her get us tickets but my parents just weren't cool like that. :sad2::laughing:

They might be just for me, but I'll share with everyone else on the thread! ;)
He's tooooo cute! Thanks for sharing. I regret not doing it now. You've got amazing pictures to cherish forever. I'd enjoy later in life showing them to him and saying "Look at your smooshy little face!" :rotfl:

:thumbsup2 Oh my gosh, those 3d pictures are just awesome. I mean REALLY great:thumbsup2 I have my u/s Monday morning and it is making me think I might want to swing by the place that does the 4D one after it. My doctor does not do them. I just can't wait to see my little girl. I can tell she is getting big and running out of room in my belly. 47 more days to go if I make it to term.

This morning we put together the stroller and pack-n-play. It is fun to see it all up.:cheer2:

Hope everyone is having a wonderful Mother's Day and Mother-to-be Day!!!!

Thank you! It really was an amazing experience and I can't wait to show him later on when he's older. My mom and my sister were both with me and my sister kept saying "I can't believe we were all that little once!" We were all in awe of how tiny and perfect he looked even just at 28 weeks :lovestruc

Thank you! I definitely recommend getting the 4-d. It was pricey (cost me $150 for the package I got) but it was completely worth it IMO. I would do it again in a heartbeat. They gave me a tape too! (It was more for the DVD) So I can watch him moving around in there. I got 6 printouts, 1 black and white U/S pic, and a c.d. rom with 25 still shots on it for me to print out at home. Very cool :thumbsup2 Oh but the place where I got mine done only does them up to 33 weeks so if I were to do another one it would have to be in the next month. I am not doing another one because I can't afford it but it's something to keep in mind if you decide to do one. A lot of places only do them up to a certain date.

Great pictures!!

I bought my first diapers yesterday! We went to Target to check out the clearance ones. I used 2 $3 off coupons for wipes and diapers and saved more than $10 over regular price. Not too bad.

So that was my big Mother's Day celebration! lol

Hi,
Back from the doctor. We had our ultrasound to measure DS fluid level and that he was growing well. We got to see that he's for SURE a he and that he is head down. We had the NST and the baby was sleeping so the doctor used a buzzer to wake him up. I thought for sure he was going to jump out of stomach. After that he moved around fine and we were able to do the Group Strep B test and leave. They estimated he was about 5 pounds. I'll post the pictures later, my camera has to charge. :goodvibes

Hope everyone had a good mothers/mothers-to-be day!

Poor little guy getting the buzzer :), to cute! How was the Strep B test? It is just a vag. swab if I remember correctly right? My next appointment is
Thursday at 34 weeks, I think strep B wont be till the next time.

Veronica, thanks for sharing your little one.

My SIL gave me a big bag of formula for Mother's Day yesterday. :goodvibes I was so thrilled.

I am trying to make a list of medicine cabinet supplies I need to have in the house after the baby comes...if you think of anything let me know.

Witch Hazel / Tucks
Maxi Pads
Gauze Pads
Rubbing Alcohol
Vaseline

I totally did the same thing!!!!!!!! :rotfl:
Only they weren't my first diapers.

I drug DH to Target in Wheeling on the way home after reading about the clearance diapers, I figured it was worth a stop!

I used the 2 $3 Huggies coupons I had and got 2 Size 6 Jumbo Packs for $4.20 each and another for $7.20... they were marked down the 30% from regular price. They only had preemie and those 3 packs of Size 6.
I also got the two boxes of Size 5 Target Diapers they had (80 in a box) for $9.58 each, marked down the 30%. Their size 3 Target diapers were still only 15% off and I think DH might have killed me if I'd bought another thing of diapers... :rolleyes1

They had a ton of Gerber marked down, too! Did anyone else run into that at their Target?
I got stuff for my friends that are TTC and the one that is pregnant. They had...
5-pack of short-sleeved onsies for $2.24 (I got a pack each of boy, girl and 2 packs of the neutral)
3-pack of long-sleeved for $2.48 (didn't get any of those, though)
3-pack of side-snap onsies for $2.48 (got a pack for Lucas and then an extra pack each of boy/girl)
3 pack of zipper sleepers for $2.48 (only had them in boy, so I really hope one of them has a boy, because I don't need them for Lucas!)
They also had the cutest little cotton hat/mittens/bootie sets for $1.24. The hat has a face sewn on the front and ears on top.
The only had one blue one left, so I got it for Lucas and then bought the last pink one they had, too. DH didn't give me any crap for buying all that stuff because his mom (who frowns upon me buying anything it seems) even told him I'd be stupid not to at those prices.

woohoo for being stocked up for other people having babies!! :goodvibes

*eta*
I went to the Carter's outlet in Pittsburgh, too. They had the cutest button-down shirts that were blue/brown plaid with matching corduroy pants in light/dark brown for $1.99/piece. I asked the lady if they were really supposed to be in that bin and she goes "Oh, definitely. Those are so last season."... this is one mom that doesn't care!! :rotfl:
They also had a 2-piece cotton pant/hooded zipper jacket set that says "Mommys Little Monster" in the $1.99 bin. I had to get it, too. It's so hard to find anything that says "Mommy" for a little boy!! :goodvibes

Piecey you did great. Where did you get the $3 huggies coupons? Those worked really well for you. Also was this a reg. target or super target? I shop at a reg target and dont know where they put clearance baby stuff (like gerber onesies-- which I have $1 off coupon for).
I wished you lived closer- we would have to go shopping!

The $3 off coupons came in my "Enjoy the Rewards" intro packet from Huggies. From registering for that website I posted about earlier, with that code.
(I got my Pure and Natural sample packages today at both houses-- anyone else? They've got another $3 off Pure and Natural coupon in them, too! Those things are expensive though!! :scared:)

I wish I lived closer to a Target after this!! I was in awe, those prices are smokin'! :rotfl: I could do some real damage there! I couldn't find the coupons the Target savings thread people mentioned on their kiosk's though. I didn't have enough time to plan my Target trip!! My dad even made out, I picked him up the 4th season of Two and a Half Men for watching Rink dog while we were gone. It was marked down from $34.99 to $18.99!

I think this was a super Target, but how do I know for sure? They had groceries. The one I went to in Pittsburgh didn't (I was bummed, I wanted snacks for the hotel room and they had NO FOOD!) but their clearance stuff was picked through. I think it helped that this Target was in WV and off the beaten path.. I was impressed that I found so much.

We would totally have to shop together. Is there a Super Target halfway? :rotfl:;)
Thanks to you, though, for mentioning the diaper clearance! Totally worth the stop!! :worship:

Yep, easiest test so far! I was so relieved that everything looked good on the US and NST. They said the fluid level was perfect and the head down was exactly how it should be for how far along we are now. Uncle Dave is coming to help paint the nursery on Thursday so that will be one less thing to worry about. I can't wait to get the furniture put in there. Even though DS will be snoozing in our room for a while it's a nice thing to come home to your own room. :goodvibes

I got my $3 off coupons when I registered with Target.

I haven't received too much from registering with all the diaper/formula...etc companies yet...maybe it's a bit too early?

I haven't either. :confused3

Its probably to early. I didnt start getting mine until right around my due date... which was about a month after the babies were born. :lmao:

This has been a long day. I taught all day, but the kids are as ready for school to be out as I am. It is hard to keep them focused. I noticed this morning that I am starting to lose my plug (TMI:scared1:), and I'm achy and crampy all over-like time to start my pd. My back hurts worse than I can ever remember. Dh looks scared and keeps asking me if I'm ok. I really need to make it until Thu, but right now I just don't know.

I haven't registered yet & that's what I'm worried about. :goodvibes Maybe I should just register w/ an early August due date, rather than my early Sept due date.

Ohhh!! Do you have any new pictures?!
Hmmm... let me check!;)

I would. A few of my friends registered so I could get more of the coupons, and they were SMART and put in an earlier due date... They all got theirs WAY before I got mine.
