MNSSHP - is it worth it?

Hi everyone... we are planning our trip for the week of Halloween. My question is, is the MNSSHP worth it? Since we will be there the week of Halloween, I am worried that the party will be extremely busy. We have never went in the past, so I have no experience and am trying to determine if I will later lament spending a couple hundred for the party instead of just buying another ticket for a park. Does anyone have an opinion on whether Sunday the 25th or Tuesday the 27th may be better with crowds? I've read Tuesdays are better, but with it being so close to Halloween, maybe Sunday would be better? NO IDEA! Your thoughts, experiences, and opinions please... Thanks in advance!
