MMMMM! Pumpkin seeds!

The gal in my office made them and gave me a bag. They are Emeril's recipe, so they are "kicked up" a notch with some pepper and garlic. To..die..for! LOL! Anyone else love these?

My family makes them every year after DH gets finished craving the pumpkins. Not anything like Emril's, just your regular salted.

I just love them roasted with salt and mixed with raisins.....

I love pumpkin seeds. I have to be careful, though, they tend to be pretty high in carbs.
