MK on a Monday

We are visiting in June and it will be our first trip. I have read to avoid MK on Mondays but I am tempted to go anyway.

Would it be wise to start there or would the crowds be noticeably less on Tuesday perhaps? I suppose we could go to MGM on Monday and MK on Tuesday.

The kids are 11 & 14, they are very open to anything. Suggestions?

I've also read that MK is busy on Mondays as everyone heads there the first day. Tuesday is EE at MGM so it would be more crowded there that day. I've also read that Monday is the best day for MGM & Epcot.

Based on the above (assuming all is correct) , I'd do MGM on Monday & MK on Tuesday.

Tuesdays were definitely busy in MK due to Spectromagic this month but they're not held on Tuesdays in June so you should be OK. Maybe they were trying to get people to MK on the "slowest" day because May is "off-season? You should be fine doing MK on Tuesday in June. Where is everyone by Thursday? I don't see any crowded parks on the schedule for that day.

Looks like the crowds are "evenly" spread out on Thursdays according to that site. (except MGM - supposedly a light day & the best day to visit there)
