Where can you get mister fans without spending extra for ones at the park. I got mine at Walmart 3 years ago, but they don't work now and I haven't seen them this summer

I just got one at walmart about a month ago. They were in a weird location...by the indoor room fans. I would have never found them if I were looking for them. I just happened to stumble on them while walking by.

I also found some new ones at Wal-Mart this year right near the house fans hanging on an end cap.

We bought some at Wal-Mart this year, too. Last year I was having trouble finding them, so I googled O2Cool and found another local place that carried them. You might want to give that a shot.

Just got three last week at Walmart. Had to ask someone where they were because all of the summer stuff was being condensed to make room for back to school stuff.

I just saw some at Walmart yesterday they were with the fans but not on an end cap. They they were kind of in a pile on a shelf against the wall with a clearence sticker on them.

I got mine at Wal-mart, too. It was in a strange location by the bird food. :lmao:

I also saw some at Lowes this past weekend.

Good Luck! :goodvibes

I'm probably in the minority here but I actually don't find the WDW fans to be that bad of a deal. The fan blades are bigger than the fans we bought at Wal-Mart, you can get free ice for your WDW fan and last time we were there I bought another one for my youngest daughter and the CM mentioned that if it ever quit working they would replace it free.

I actually do have one disney fan, but when I pulled it out it wouldn't work when I put the batteries in it. Will they replace them if they are not brand new? I just pulled mine out of the trash!

I found a small one at Walmart last week for $4. I try to carry as little as possible in the parks, so a tiny one was right up my alley!

I love those big ones, but I really don't love carry those big ones through the parks.

From what the CM told me it would certainly be worth a try.

Be sure to check a few things on your fan. First, make sure the batteries are new and in the right position....you'd be amazed at how many people would bring something in for repair and all I had to do was flip a battery around. Also sometimes the battery contacts in the fan itself can get some corrosion on them....easiest way to clean them is with an fingernail file (not the metal kind) just lightly go over the spring and contacts and that will probably get it up and going.

Does anyone know where they are in the Walmart nearest to Disneyworld? We take our rental car there to do our first day shopping (water, detergent, etc).
