DH has been trying to find out how many G-forces are experienced in the Mission Space ride.

Does anybody know the G-Force data? Thanks!

No, but I read somewhere if you suck on a hard candy while riding it, your less likley to get sick! ;)

No idea! My family rode it and they got sick, me and DD8 got out, when i saw the little space and the spinning simulator video, nop, no way!

I would not advise anyone to suck hard candy while riding an intence ride because one could choke on the hard candy.

I read somewhere that it was 2 G's. There are a lot of costers out there with more than than 2 G's but the G forces on the coaster rides do not last as long
as those on MS.

I think i read that in the Unofficial Guide, it was a tip from NASA I've never rode it, so thanks for the insight.

Yes, the G's on M:S are only slightly above 2.0. This really is not that much as you get over 5 G's on parts of RnRC (launch). The only thing that is different is that they are sustained for slightly longer periods of time.

I asked this question of a couple of NASA astronauts, and they estimated M:S was pulling 1.5 G's, maybe two, tops. As others have noted, roller coaster riders experience much higher forces, but for shorter duration.

The "hard candy" advice was based on the idea that low blood sugar contributed to dizziness. In that respect, eating something an hour or so prior to riding would also help. As noted in the Guide, the astronaut I spoke with specifically mentioned avoiding tomatoes and milk, as they're particularly nasty coming back up. (I imagine it's the acid in both that contributes to the unpleasantness.) It also might be a placebo effect, where it's just something to keep your mind off the rest of the ride. Clearly, more experiments in this area are needed. ;-)
