Missed the Boat?

I really do not care what people do with their points. What I do care about is the message that DVC receives from us, as a group.
That we are a great cash cow. And that affects me, as a DVC member.

The clip above generally summarizes my view on the Disney Cruise "special." Thankfully, several folks got my drift.

Although I'm happy for those who are happy about the cruise, I have to agree with those individuals who felt "taken" and expect some discounting for the large "investment" (I know that this is not an investment!) and dues that we pay. Especially in economic times like these, DVCers really help Disney stay afloat (no pun intended to the cruisers!) through the commitment that we have made.

I guess that I have extremely high customer service expectations which includes good value for the family.
