I wish a could find a fresh bunch of flashing rings!
I think Pat has you covered.
Good afternoon! We have had a busy weekend. Our dear friends came in this weekend. We always get together at Christmas. They spoil our children rotten. My kids seriously got more than some get for Christmas total. It was crazy. Jason and I thought it was a lot. They love buying for them though since they do not have kids. We are blessed to have wonderful friends that love our kids. They are the couple we went to WDW with in September. We are traveling to Kentucky soon to see more friends. Then, Christmas will be here! time flies. I told Cooper we would be at WDW in less than 3 weeks. He was soon excited! Can't wait!
Your boys are blessed to have those people who care so much about them.

I know it brings them great joy to see the boys in action with their new things.
I said I was only getting the girls a couple of movies and then letting them pick something in Disney World. I ended up getting three movies, two games, two Princess activity trays, and two little round chairs for movie watching in my bedroom. They're cute - one is Toy Story and one is Lion King. And I am pretty sure I will still let them pick something out in Disney World.
I need to be sure I throw the glowy things in the suitcase when I get home. I have a feeling they are already in there... waiting.
I found spike flashing rings.... Want me to pick some up???
Oriental trading has free shipping.
Are you sure you could get them delivered in time?
Oh MeMom.....
Walking through the shops is always a nice way to exit the park! The Precious Moments figurine is very sweet!
In the frame of mind of Lucy on Charlie Brown, I think I have
snowglobophobia, which includes any kind of bubbles over any kind of faces.
Today was a very Christmas-y day for me so it was fitting that you posted some more Christmas in Disney pictures

My mom and I decorated the Christmas tree, I baked some cookies and also wrapped lots of gifts. Somehow, I always end up wrapping all of the gifts I buy AND all of the gifts my dad buys my mom
I'm plotting for next year...maybe 3 nights in Disney over New Year's Eve and then we'll go spend some time with Chris' family for a few nights after that...always planning
I was never able to wrap beautiful gifts, so I am happy that some smart people invented gift bags.
That NYE trip sounds fun. You can be our entertainment that round, since we won't be there.
I love, love, love all the Disney Christmas Carol things! I used to watch that all the time when I was little since I think it came out around then. I think I'll have to watch it on
YouTube tonight!
Those displays sure are cute. Did you notice the Mickey lock on the safe?
I had some catching up to do! Have not been on the Dis too much lately & I really miss it!!
Love all the Christmas pictures.
I haven't had loads of time, either. I have had a lot of paperwork to do for school. Monday morning, I am going to lounge around the house and do nothing for a while. That will be so nice. Doing nothing means I get to DIS and play a little Pogo Scrabble in my nice warm bed instead of getting out into the cold in the early morning. Yay!
How have you been feeling?
I feel the urge to go find my Mickey's Christmas Carol DVD! LOVE all the cute Christmas stuff.
Really wish I could be going soon and spend NYE with you guys! MUST make a note of the link for the webcam and remember to watch it!!!
It would make a good family night activity.
We will wave at you. We might be glowing, or we might not. Depends on what kind of light-up fun things we run into.
I

Disney Christmas trees! I think they are just the prettiest!
Is this your last week of school, too, MeMom? I am trying to be positive on this Monday morning and tell myself, "Just five more days." I hope it works.
Yep, four more days. I heard more than one teacher say that today.
The ornaments on Disney trees are not only cool, but a lot of them are huge!
I'm back, after a loooooong week. Last Sunday, after two days of errands and chores, we were planning on having a lazy day in our pajamas, putting up the Christmas tree, and making cookies. And then the phone rang. It was Jeremy, who was at our grandma's house. Apparently she fell, so she was gonna go to the hospital. She was fine, no damage, but they wanted to keep her over night. My mom talked to the doctor who said her legs weren't very strong and he didn't feel comfortable sending her home. They had a physical therapist evaluate her legs and they said they didn't want her to go home yet. That went over very well My grandma is the most stubborn person in the world. We've been trying for years to convince her to get some physical therapy for her legs, use the walker she has to help her get up in the morning, etc. Nope, she won't listen to any of it. She stayed in the hospital until Wednesday and then they transferred her to a nursing home They're doing physical therapy every day and are hoping to get her home in a few weeks with some in home care.
I'm not sure what this means for our potential Disney trip. Hopefully we can still go. It'll actually be easier if my grandma is still in the nursing home at that point since we won't have to worry about her being at home alone. We're having a meeting with the staff tomorrow so maybe after that we'll know. My mom will definitely need a vacation by then. My grandma is not an easy person to deal with when she's not happy. My mom does get a week off for Christmas but after weeks of this we'll both need to get away for a few days. I made our ADR's last night because if we end up going it'll be last minute and I wanted to get the ADR times we wanted while they were still available. So I have this trip all planned and ready to go
I'm almost done with my first semester of college. I finished up my classes last week. I just have to write a paper and take two exams this week, then I'm done!
I imagine your mom would feel better if your grandmother had constant care while you guys are gone. I do hope you get to go. Your mom will need it.
As for college, before you know it, you'll have a year down. It seems like no time since I was telling you about how quickly your second semester of senior year was going to go by.
Where is that Mickey's Christmas Carol display at again? I have seen you post pictures of it before and I looked for it on this last trip, but still didn't see it. I think it is so cute! Maybe they just didn't have it out yet since it was so early??? I LOVE Disney window displays!
The Emporium. It may have been too early, or maybe they have something new this year.
Wow, wow, wow..I have a lot of catching up to do! I just looked over the last few updates and I am loving these Christmas updates. The parks are extra magical this time of year!
Where are those displays of the Christmas Carol? They are neat!
And how cool you got Jill in the mirror of that pic with her new purchase!
I apologize for not being on here as much, work and classes have gotten the best of me! Thankfully, finals and the end of the semester are next week!
You take care of family amd school first. We're glad for you to be here when you can. A lot of us have really not been able to DIS too much in long spurts and short ones since school started back this year.
Thos displays were in the Emporium windows.
I'm with Rinkytinky, I need to know where the Disney Christmas Carol display is...
Love the decorations at Pop, can't wait to see them Friday!!!!
You might be able to find that style boot at Target for a much easier price to swallow for little ones. They sometimes sell out by the time it is actually cold though. I always love the pink ones! My girls wore the Target ones from the age of two until last year. I thought they were just as cute with little tights and a little skirt!
Jill told me the same thing about the boots. Both girls love shoes, so I know they would be a hit.
You'll have to send us a FB picture when you get to Pop.
Reelmom sent me a phone picture of the All Star Sports Christmas tree today. I did this -
