I am not a parade person. DH is into parades big time. So, we see them all (because I love him and he does things that I really enjoy which he may not).
However, I really do like this parade. It was fun, the kids loved the interaction and we even got rained on and still stood there watching it.

I just saw this parade for the first time in Feb.
It was GREAT, colorful, and reminded me of the parade at Epcot, lots of interactions with the characters.
