I got them from an Ebay store. I can't remember the name of it right now, but they had a lot of cute jewelry in all different colors.

YAY we got our room block info. Long story short, it got lost in cyberspace. I talked with her a short while ago and said we should have our contract done by Friday and that if we can get her the room block info by then she just needs to pop that in place! SOOOOOOOOOO... this needs to be done tonight!!!! I'm pretty confident though. I'm only going to block out rooms for us, our parents, and wedding party. We can always add more later!

Thanks Rebecca! We filled out the room block and sent it right back to her last night. So now we are just waiting for the contract! wooohooo! It's so exciting to finally be getting things done and planning.

I am wondering about something though. mike and i are planning on staying at the contemporary for the honeymoon. while i would ideally like to stay in the tower, i'm not sure either of us can justify spending an extra $100 a night. i'm just wondering if anybody has been upgraded from the garden view to a tower room? i know not everyone gets an upgrade and i'm not expecting too, i'm just curious if it has happened to anyone?

I can say the one time I stayed on property was the CR. We were in tower facing the lagoon where the water show comes by. When we checked in and mentioned it was my 20th birthday, we got a MK view! (Wow, let's all avoid saying how long ago that was! lol!!) But it wasn't garden to tower, so I don't know if that helps.

It was (and still is) worth it to me. I know you're paying extra, but there's really nothing like waking up to having the Kingdom outside your room! But I know where you're coming from. We wanted to do Boardwalk for our entire stay and just couldn't do it. Hakuna Matata!

Hey, I was just wondering how you've gotten your room block info. already, and how you should've had your contract done by last Friday when we're getting married on the same day. Our consultant said they'd be able to move forward with our contract after August 19, 2009.

The timing of the contract and booking process has everything to do with the locations you choose. Originally, we thought we weren't going to be able to book until August but when we changed our locations we were able to book now.

I know they've changed a few of the requirements with booking recently. I believe Escape brides can only book 8 months out. Are you having an Escape? If not, it's probably b/c of your locations. HTH and good luck!

Thanks Mandy! We had it custom made b/c my e-ring didn't fit well with any standard rings. It was one of our splurges. Mike justified it by, "it's one of the things your going to have to see everyday for the rest of your life. I want it to be perfect" I love it.
