No way I didn't know that! I bought a snowglobe from there and when I brought it home and finally set it up I found it to be broken Will they honor that and let me exchange it for a new one?

I bought a mug in June 2012 from The Emporium on Main Street. It started leaking (with no visible cracks) a few months later. I brought it back to The Emporium in April 2013, and they let me exchange it. I really wanted to just get the same mug but the same one was no longer available, so I chose a different one. They did have to get the manager to make the exchange but it wasn't a big deal. So bring your snow globe next time you go…it doesn't hurt to ask.
