Is anyone else having a problem with this? I filled out all the little fields, but when I click "Send Email" nothing happens. I tried 2 different browsers and cleared my cache, but no dice. Of course this happens 6 minutes after they close for the day, so I can't call. :confused3
 
I have had the same problem since they introduced the new website. Too lazy to call MS since it's not that important. (I have tried repeatedly and gave up).

I might still give them a call - perhaps they are not aware of this?
 
I had this issue last week. Kept hitting Send and nothing happened.

I called MS and selected the option for problems with the member site (I think #6). The CM gave me e generic response that they are having various issues with the site and to keep trying.

When I hung up I hit Send again, and I got a message displayed that the email was successfully sent, although it flashed on and off the screen so fast I could barely read it.

A couple of days later I tried resending it. At first, the same problem with nothing happening when I hit Send, but after a few dozen tries it went. This time the message that it had been sent came up and stayed on the screen.

I'm not sure if it worked though, because with the old site I recall getting an automated response via email within that day saying thanks and we're looking into your question. Something along those lines.

I never got that email this time, but maybe they eliminated sending those and just have that little pop up on the form instead.
 
I have had the same problem and when I mentioned this problem to a member services cm helping me with dining , she said that "well you know this is a new system and and there are many challenges and this is one of them !"
