I just find it hard to believe people can find anything worth watching.I'm guessing anyone who's home....just as those who are home at night may? Lol
She had high ratings on Fox. I’m sure nbc thought she’d be more successful. She probably should go backl to a news show.
Price is Right for the win!
When were those shows considered funny?all the senior citizens I deliver meals on wheels to are watching the price is right! Personally I DVR shows from the night before and watch them during the day. The Daily Show with Trevor Noah, Late Show with Stephen Colbert, and Seth Meyers. I need to laugh these days.
You clearly don't know anyone who enjoys Hallmark or Lifetime lolI just find it hard to believe people can find anything worth watching.
I was reading an article that stated "made a major miscalculation” by assuming that a cable news primetime star could be successful posing as to “a chatty morning host at a broadcast network.”I never watched as I find these types of shows to be absolutely useless. Regardless of my personal tastes, this was obviously the wrong format for her. As a former prosecutor she was great with hard-hitting interviews. Seems like she tried to cash in but made a bad long-term move for herself given her skillset. For many reasons, network TV is not the right place for her. Saying something stupid turns into a firing offense if it's politically incorrect... which now encompasses SO MUCH. Someone needs to either be really bland or be cut from a very specific cloth to survive in those places these days. I know it was a HUGE payday, but nothing would be worth that environment to me.

Just because YOU think they ARE doesn't mean everyone does. LOLJust because YOU don't think they're funny doesn't mean everyone doesn't.

She has 3 small children so understandably the night time hours didn't work for her. I believe that was her reason for leaving. You would have to be ambitious to be successful in TV. I think that goes without saying. I would assume like many women she's caught between wanting a successful career and being there for her kids. I thought she was OK on Fox, but prefer her replacements.I watch Foxnews. I never was a Megan fan because somehow she managed to become the news. It seemed like her head got very big and she started thinking very highly of herself. I was glad when she left and have no clue why nbc hired her or who they thought she would appeal to. I do think she’s incredibly ambitious and don’t see her being happy doing nothing.
ETA: I think nbc used her comment as an excuse to fire her. She wasn’t performing and this was any easy way to solve the problem.
