What is included in the plan? Do they have a plan for someone who has the 7 day unlimited ticket plan for these parks?

Are the locations all counter service or are there table service included in that list. If you have to buy the drink portion it comes close to what Disney is charging.

Those are all counter service restaurants. Louie's is excellent!
