MDE Issues?

Is anyone having issues with MDE? Today is my FP+ day, but I am getting error messages on the website. I tried the app, and it says my reservation isn't connected, even though I know it is. When I try to connect it again, it says my reservation is already connected.

Which day do you check-in to your resort?

The app allows you to book FPs exactly 60 days before an onsite stay.

It is the correct day. That is not the only issue. As I said, I can't even see my reservation now.

If your check-in date is February 22nd, you should have been able to book on 12/24.

I know. I will call them. I just wanted to see if it was just me.

I don't have that problem but I'm not able to see wait times today. It says they're unavailable.

Mines been a bit goofy too. Can't get to my Itinerary page (wanted to add a note with our Pirates League confirmation number). Keep getting Stitch "ate the page."

Yep, I keep getting Stitch too. I got an email today telling me that I can begin booking my Fast Passes. When I first tried the calendar wouldn't go beyond January 31' then allI could get was Stitch. At least they had my reservation. Will try tomorrow morning.

I'm a little late here, but I was out for the holidays. I called technical support and she had me clear my cookies and my cache, and delete and re-install the app. That fixed the problem, in case it ends up happening to anyone else. She said it was pretty common.
