MDE app sign in

Has anyone else noticed that they have to sign in to the app every time they open it?
I have never had this problem before with it- I was just wondering if I'm the only one!

It's like that for me too, I find it so annoying. Would love to know how to stay logged in, especially when we are in the parks and constantly checking.

So annoying! Glad I am not the only one! Hopefully it will be resolved during the next update! I was just thinking how often I use it in the parks to check things and see available ADR's, additional fastpasses etc and I would go nuts logging in all the time!!

Used to be so solid, maybe would have to re-login once or twice a trip. Last trip (July and especially Sept), it was almost non-stop logging in. Glad it has the fingerprint ID which makes it tolerable, but it's annoying. To me it happens way more on property than off.

Yes, but it's not really a hassle for me. With an iphone, you can enable touch ID to log in. So, I just have to press my finger down for a second & I'm in. I can imagine it would be pretty annoying to have to type your password in every time.

I have an iPhone enabled with touch ID login and I still find it annoying, compared to previous versions. Makes me wish I had not updated...ready for the fix.

I have an iPhone but NO touch ID, so it was a big annoyance. I went to Guest Relations at the MK to voice my opinion and was told it was a common complaint that they are working on, because you can now "buy stuff" within the app, the security is to sign in.

Told them, make me sign in if I'm gonna buy it, not just to check fastness times, etc..... A change was a coming they said.

I copy and paste my password so I don't need to type it every time. Also, the app keeps kicking me out. I will login, spend about 30 seconds in the app and it kicks me out of the app. I have been so frustrated with it lately that I have just been using the mobile Disney World website.

Yep, it did this quite a bit last week. Even with touch ID it was annoying.
