MDE app question

I have everything all set and MDE on my phone looks good so far. All 5 of us, all FP's and ADR's. My question is this - should I have DH or one of DD's set it up on their phone as well? Can they do it and sign in with my info or are they required to set up their own user ID and info? I'd prefer to just be the "one in charge" (hahaha only because I don't want phones in faces!) but I am afraid my phone will be slow (iphone4, they all have 5's).

You can all access same acct on different phones. When making FPs I had forgot to add myself (duh moment) so I was using app on phone and website MDE on my kindle at the same time no problems.
