Well if we are partying on the bench I'm bringing some music. We've got to dance!

I'll dance! And sit on the bench with you all, as I can't see it either....I'll bring the drinks?

How did I miss the mention of a pub crawl?? I tried to get this on the EBPC and no one wanted to do it. I was told that I was the only grad from the number one party school in America and therefore the only one who could do it!.. LAME! I love drinking around the world at Epcot (and yes, my friends make me add an extra shot at each stop to level the playing field) Now I am super excited! Maybe I can get my Mom drunk!

:thumbsup2

So after another family meeting, the six of us will definitely will be joining you

Yay for you! I'm sure you're happy it's back on. :goodvibes

And yay for us! I was getting so excited about the running club. I intend to lose some more weight (fingers crossed) before the cruise and would love to not put it back on during. Not sure I can sign up yet and suspect it might be a while yet before I know. Am I right to assume this is going to be something we can sign up for late in the game?

Our old dog died this past June at 15. My husband wasn't interested in a new dog, but somehow fell in love with this new puppy (who is six months old later this week). We miss our old gal, but are really enjoying this new guy. And now we're worried about our trip and how it will affect him :rotfl2:. I'm going to pay someone to stay at our house with him and the cat, I just hate the thought of him being boarded that long. Our old dog didn't mind boarding at all, but she was very different in personality. She was content to be alone. This puppy definitely lives up to his breed's reputation of being a companion dog, he needs to be right next to us and in the thick of things.

I talked to the registrar at school for our kindergartener. Because she is in a special program (dual language) she will just have to take her test to requalify for the program before we are gone. (We have to bus her to a different campus to be in this program - she should be completely bilingual by 6th grade in reading, writing and speaking so that is why she has to re-test into the program each year.)

Up to the principal if we have to withdraw/re-enroll this summer... or just take unexcused absences. Her reply: "I want to go with you!!!! I’m thrilled for you guys….what a wonderful educational experience for all."

I think that's a positive sign :thumbsup2 So I am not worried however it turns out.

If she learns Catalan she will be tri-lingual!

Very much sounds like a good sign!

Que bueno that your daughter is in a bilingual class, Mandy. I was lucky enough to go to a bilingual school for a few years as a kid, but have since forgotten most of it. Que lastima.

:cool1: Sounds like you are all set.

Anyone else play Bunco? It's my one reason to get to mingle once a month with others from our 'hood. :thumbsup2 Off to go try to win some cash for the next few hours :)

That's what the DB's parents say. They could never replace Apollo and they still say the same now :)

His mother is due to retire soon so I keep trying to tempt her to come and sit round my house and look after ours - then we could have one :-D

Sounds like a good idea.

I remember seeing somewhere that people had put their dis names along with Facebook names, where was that? I can't remember if it was on the website, here or on Facebook? Or am I just dreaming that it existed?

It's on Facebook and I had problems updating and I had some angels help me but I still don't know where to go to look at it.

I'll be join you on that bench...I can't see it either!! :scratchin

I guess I'll be a bench warmer too. It's going to be crowded on that bench.

I'll bring the snacks! :P

Yum!

Good luck! Got Bunco for Christmas a couple years ago but I couldn't get anyone to play with me :( they were probably afraid of losing :)

Can someone explain FE rules/pricing to me? I am heading to an awesome show in Tucson in a week and would like to gift shop there. Just a rough idea of things done in the past would be most appreciated. This is my first go at it.

Can't say there are really any rules....some do a gift for the cabin, some do individual gifts, and there is no $$ limit or lack thereof.....

I know our number one rule is always to have fun and enjoy the spirit of giving. Sadly, we won't be participating in this FE as we'll be doing three more weeks of traveling after the cruise, and I know the kids will miss it.....Lol

We can sit on the chicken bench together as well!

I'll take a cuppa joe, please :coffee:

I was going to go straight for the vodka - whoops! And it's only 7:52 here in the morning....
