Really the docs are a bit of a disappointment aren't then, though another step nearer the cruise.

I don't even have my DME tags yet. My TA for the pre-cruise protion of this trip is pre-ocupied with family matters.

I think I am going on this trip, I think I am....

I did found out on Saturday that the flight I had booked on Airtran and Cancelled for a direct cheaper flight on Jetblue was never actually cancelled. I learn this when an e-mail informing me that my layover was now three hours longer arrived, . The phone rep, said yes I was booked on the flight still. I said that's nice I am flying Jetblue instead, please cancelled, she was a little shocked.

If I remember rightly, DCL will give us a photocopy at check-in.
However, I always carry a photocopy of our passports whenever we travel - separate from the originals, of course. And I keep a photocopy at home so that if necessary I could always ask someone to come into the house, find it and fax it.

Our credit card insurance policy (the one where you just phone one number and they cancel all your cards if lost or stolen) allows you to store a copy of your passport online so you can access it from wherever you are. But we're too paranoid to use that facility.

Even if we were allowed to keep our passports, I wouldn't carry them, they'd be in the safe for the duration of the cruise. We always carry another form of identification to get back onboard.

Yes, they are really. Yet again DCL haven't bothered to print up something specific to our repo cruise but have just sent out what the Mexican cruise people will get. It is disappointing. But it's nice to have the luggage tags - somehow that makes it seem real.

I'm making yet another list and I was wondering if the kids could wear flip flops to the kids club. I was thinking of just bringing flip flops and dress shoes for Ethan. Brooke has a lot of sandals and flip flops but should I pack socks and shoes? I don't know what type of physical things they do.

I think the girls wore flip flops and sandals in the kids clubs.

I'm so happy the girls got a long. I will tell you that your entire family has beautiful eyes.

I don't think it has to do with last name. WE thought that on a previous cruise. Maybe Distance?

My last name starts with a B and I live in CA. Who knows? I think they just like reading this and watching us all trying to guess and laugh all day at work.

A little bit of bad news for people awaiting my designs.

I spoke to my ISP today because although in an e-mail they told me my service should be back to normal and the issue was resolved on Saturday night, I am still having connectivity issues and as such I am unable to upload files to the web. They are now trying to triangulate the problem by relying on people to phone in with issues so they can figure out which piece of equipment is on the fritz. Doesn't look like it will be fixed anytime soon.

I leave for work tomorrow morning and I highly doubt it will be fixed by then. I will try and take the files with me and and upload from work as that connection is in a different city (and isn't residential as the ISP seems to move a little faster for commerical issues) and should be reliable.

Unfortunately that means any new requests I won't be able to get to until the weekend.

Also, I'm going to give next Weekend as my cut off date for designs. That's the 26/27th. So let's just say the 27th is the cut off date. I leave on the 4th so that gives me some time to get loose ends caught up here and a chance to make any fixes to any errors.

Provided of course I have effective internet service by then ...

Looking forward to these two, I am a fan of cirque de soliel(?) and I hear the When Mickey Dreams is sort of that flavour. The other just sound interesting.
