What are your Best Strategies NOT to bang ears on RnRC bars?

Engage the core/lower trapezius muscle. I've also found that (in general, for any coaster with over-the-shoulder restraints) it really helps if you've been on it before/enough and really know the layout so you can anticipate the inversions and sort of subconsciously maneuver your head/neck accordingly. Easier said than done I'll admit, but I've never had too many problems with RnRC. The coaster I still struggle with sometimes is The Hulk over at Universal.

Try not moving your head around too much (in a voluntary sense).
My problem with RnRC is how it bangs my ears and bounces my head back and forth. I’ve tried “supergluing “ the back of my head to the seat back, or super gluing one side of head to one bar. Anyone else have a great strategic, besides duct taping padding ?
