Sure! I highly recommend her. Her shop is designs by PalmettoMom.

She was professional, gladly answered all of my questions before ordering with a smile you could read in the responses and what I liked about her most is her #1 concern was that I got exactly what I wanted.

Ah I see. No need to answer this again for my per my post.

I voted cute... But I think only at WDW and also, a theme is usually MUCH cuter (i.e star wars at HS, Animal Print at Animal Kingdom etc) then all matchy matchy :)

I voted cute too. I agree though in Disney or on a cruise vacation is the only way to do it.

I made iron on shirts for our trip 3 years ago. Each person had their own name with a different character in the name fill then the backs of each shirt matched. There were 9 of us. Everyone loved them. The one grandson still wears his (two years later and it's too small but he won't give it up!). Then I made ones where we all matched. EAch person's name with the castle and fireworks filled in. We had arranged for a fireworks cruise so everyone wore them that night. We got tons of compliments on all of them.

I also made ones for my husband and I that said, "Disneyworld or Bust - May 2011". I could have sold those shirts right off my back numerous times over.

When we told one of the grandkids (who is going next but didn't go before( that he is going with next year...he was most concerned if he was going to get a t-shirt that the other guys got last time. So, guess it's a hit.

Thankfully, I have the greatest husband out there. He will wear just about anything I ask of him and goes right along with all my crazy ideas!!!:yay::yay:

These are the nicest Mickey tie dyes I have ever seen. Did you make them or buy them? If purchased, where?

My family did matching Mickey tie dyes last trip. The women has women's fit shirts and they looked great together. Definitely made for great pictures!

There are sure lots of photos on this thread of why this is a lame idea.
Except for those classy t's of "mad hattered's" 50th anniversary celebration. Very nice.

I voted cute. There are only two of us, me and DH.

We're both former military. FYI..military employees wear matching/coordinating clothes every day. :D

And we coach a semi-professional sports team. So matching golf shirts or t-shirts every practice, every game, every public appearance, etc.

Plus, we buy golf shirts as souvenirs. So when I found out people where doing this for Disney trips. I suggested it. Our photos are always great. It's easy to keep an eye out for each other in crowds if we split up for some reason.

Little did I know that DH would like the idea too. So we wear a matching Disney golf shirt and matching colored shorts, every day of every trip. We definitely get comments from cast. And given the amount of pixie dust we've experienced, I'm wondering if the matching, casual Friday appearance has anything to do with it.

You don't have to like them, but what is really the point of making a hateful comment like that to the others who posted their shirts? That borders personal attack.

We are doing these on our August trip. White for women, blue for men, red for boys and pink for girls.

I was actually going to say this exact same thing!! Everyone has the right to their opinion. But to say something directed at those that posted pictures is just mean. I thought this thread was very respectful up to that point. Why oh WHY does it have to disintegrate into something unpleasant?

VERY CUTE!!! We are going in August also!!! When are you there?? If I see you, I will make sure to tell you how cute they look!! ;)

I think they can be cute. We don't do Tshirts, but i have my girls either matching or same outfit, different colors, and my son in a similar color. Now we usually do 1 or 2 signatures a trip, and just like a holiday, DH and I coordinate (same color dress for me, same color shirt or tie for him)

I voted lame but I'd vote cute for a family wearing themed t-shirts, i.e: each family member with wearing a t-shirt with a different dwarf, characters from a movie (Lumiere, Cogsworth, Mrs. Potts, Chip), etc.

When my kids were too little to care I would either dress them all in, say. Navy tshirts. It made it easy to keep track of them. Another year I went to blank shirts and had each one pick a color and bought 5 for the child. Also made it easy to track.

Then they grew up and their clothes were their choice.

I think matchy-matchy is cute for families. It helps parents spot their child in a crowd JUST IN CASE they get away, or be able to remember what the kiddo was wearing "Junior had on a shirt JUST LIKE THIS ONE! *points to self*. When I have kids, even at Disney I'd still probably stick to the paranoid parent example that I learned from my mom... No actual names on Kiddo's shirts... No reason to let strangers know what to call my kids.

I've been after DBF to wear cute shirts with me that are of similar theme (like, a hook shirt for him a tink/pan shirt for me...) he's absolutely against it. This last trip he picked up the "I'll be your mickey" "I'll be your minnie" shirts. We'll be back in 2 weeks for a weekend trip... we'll see how it goes! LOL :lmao:

Don't let it get under your skin. I have learned that people most critical of others are usually very unhappy themselves.

Exactly! As I posted earlier, it is just dh and myself and we always coordinate at Disney or on cruises (yes, we actually sail on other cruise lines other than Disney, too). It is fun!

I think our matching shirts got us selected to ride in the Family Fun Day parade at the MK! :)
