March (Exercise) Madness Challenge

I worked out for 60 min on the treadmill/elliptical.My new total is 680/1300.I am going to have a hard time meeting my goal this month but I am determined to try my hardest.:cheer2:
 
Adding another 145 minutes from the weekend - getting back into swing!!!

Total now 630/1200 - made it to half way :banana: :cool1:
 
Sat Mar 17 - wanted to get to the gym but it wasnt mean to be
I shoved for 1hr30mins so please add
90 mins for me today - thank you

Hi! Not sure if you know you should be adding your up for yourself... and you can post it. I just wasn't sure if you knew to keep track for yourself :goodvibes
 

I got in another 85 minutes of wogging (walking/jogging) and strength training! My new monthly total is 635/1000 :banana: :banana:

Finally past the 50% mark with 420/800. I've got to step it up a notch!
 
Update 240/800. Doesn't look good but I'm going to try to get as close as I can. This month is flying by! :headache:
 
I'm up to 765/1200. I've been doing my 30 on the elliptical everyday, and also trying to get on an exercise video oe a wog (run 1 minute/walk 3 minutes).
 
Add the following to mine:

Sat 3/17 - 30 min snow shoveling
Sun 3/18 - 45 min laps around the mall (w/o shopping)


for a grand total of 385/600 :banana:

just wanted to check in and make myself accountable
no more exercise time for me since the shovelling saturday morn (and I missed Friday!)
came down with a sore throat on sun, called in sick to work monday, will try to get to work today. No gym today though, want to try to get to work first. Good thing I worked out while I could! Just a few wks ago it was neck/shoulder/joint pain and now the cold! ack - just keep telling myself 4.5 more wks till sunny FL!
 
I was so bad this weekend! But that's a story for another thread. I did manage to get back on the exercise wagon today though.

I did 1.5 miles on the treadmill this morning at an incline of 6.0 - by was that hard! At lunch time I took a 30 minute slideboard class and then did 10 minutes of a rowing machine. This brings my total up to 705/1200.
 
60 more minutes over here, thanks. Walking is getting a bit harder as the mornings get darker - yes, heading into "winter" here. We don't get snow, but boy, does it get dark in the mornings!!!

Total now 750/1200
