March (Exercise) Madness Challenge

This morning I did about a mile and half on the treadmill at 5.0 incline and 20 flights of stairs on the stairmaster. Both part of the March Madness exercise challenge at the gym. Spent a total of 45 minutes which brings my total to 615/1200! I'm half way there! Woohoo!!!

Yesterday... 1.25 hour in Yoga, 1.75 hour on treadmill

Today... 1 hour in Step & Sculpt, 1 hour in Power Yoga

Total 1965/2500 for over 70%
 
Just finished up the last of the events for the March Madness Challenge. I had 10 flights of stairs to finish and 36 body weight squats to do. While I was waiting for one of my team mates to finish her stairs, I also did some work with the weights so I add another 15 minutes bringing my total to 630/1200. Woohoo!

Today I did 45 min weights and 4o min on the elliptical.New total is 620/1300.Almost halfway!!
 
I haven't posted in the past few days so I hope I remember everything correctly. Didn't get as much as I wanted in b/k the end of this week turned out to not be so great: husband's aunt passed away so he flew to Pennsylvania and then my father was put in the hospital yesterday (just to be on the safe side) He has to have a catheterization on Monday.

Let's see.... I think for the past few days, I did a total of 400 minutes includeing treadmill for the most part, kickboxing, furniture moving (didn't include all minutes for this but it was probably the hardest) , stair climbing, hi-low , yogo, pilates, and running on the track after my daughter's track practice . OH, and running the stairs in the football stands same day.

I hope to get more in next week but at least I'm over half way there! Gotta pick up the pace but gotta be there for my dad Mon. morning and then have my son's field trip to go to that afternoon. I hope I have a good week.

Update 385/800. I'm going cross country skiing tomorrow that should bring this up a bit!
 
Treadmill for 35 minutes, elliptical for 20, weight training and stretching for 25 minutes....another 80 for 940/1400.

90 mins for me today - thank you
