I haven't posted in the past few days so I hope I remember everything correctly. Didn't get as much as I wanted in b/k the end of this week turned out to not be so great: husband's aunt passed away so he flew to Pennsylvania and then my father was put in the hospital yesterday (just to be on the safe side) He has to have a catheterization on Monday.
Let's see.... I think for the past few days, I did a total of 400 minutes includeing treadmill for the most part, kickboxing, furniture moving (didn't include all minutes for this but it was probably the hardest) , stair climbing, hi-low , yogo, pilates, and running on the track after my daughter's track practice . OH, and running the stairs in the football stands same day.
I hope to get more in next week but at least I'm over half way there! Gotta pick up the pace but gotta be there for my dad Mon. morning and then have my son's field trip to go to that afternoon. I hope I have a good week.
