March (Exercise) Madness Challenge

Last night I did 60 min(elliptical/treadmill),today i took a 30 min walk and 30 min session with the trainer.That brings me to 465/1300.
 
Wed 3/14 110 mins - thank you

30 min treadmill
20 min kickboxing (go to last part as I work when it starts)
60 min pilates
 
ok updating things I havent added in yet!

3-13 yoga 70 mins
3-14 walked 20 mins
3-14 Curves 30 mins
and at work, I am walking at break, so 3 days of that this week is 50


I am at 555/675 WOW and :cool1:
 

another 45 min of cardio/pilates for me! i felt so nasty so i needed to exercise tonight!

i'm up to 175/500.
 
has been two days since I posted,

yesterday I took a Kick class and today I went to a weight class and did TM and elliptical (sp) my total now is 675/1100
 
I love :love: Spring Break! I went to a Cardio class and Power Yoga this morning... then Pilates and the treadmill this evening... 210 minutes TODAY (not counting going to the zoo and parking waaaaaay faaaaaar awaaaaaay.

Total now 1665/2500... over 60% :yay:
 
Good morning!

Yesterday, I walked only 30 minutes. Yesterday was supposed to be my rest day, but I just couldn't be kept down.

Maybe I should patent the term 'WOG' (walk/jog) :confused3 . It's just a fun word to use ~ I wogged today ~ My DH and I are wogging later ~ Hey, let's wog. Mmmmm, I think if it's not used carefully, it could be misunderstood. :rotfl: :rotfl:

Today is the half way point of the month, and I am almost half way to my goal. After lots of walking, wogging, elliptical, and dvds, I am at 585/1200. Maybe I'll do another quick mile this afternoon just to hit 600.
 
In with the blues at 40%! 340/800. Might hit the 50% mark this afternoon if I do a friend's workout with her. :thumbsup2

I went to the gym this afternoon and as part of the March madness challenge I did 70 flights of stairs on the stairmaster (only 30 more flights to go!) and 90 push ups. This took me about 45 minutes. So that's a total of 570/1200 for me! Not too shabby for someone that started the challenge on March 5!
 
I walked to work and back today, adding 40 minutes to my total, now 860/1400.
 
UPDATE I am now at 950/1500 for March! :banana:

Unfortunately, my knees are acting up on me so I may have to slow down a bit. They are a bit better today, hopefully I will be back to my normal, managable pain level soon.
 
Another 139 minutes this week, so I'm at 473/950. Darn, that's only 2 minutes shy of 50%. I'm at 40%.
 
20 min of Pilates last night,40 min elliptical today,and 5 min abs.That brings me to 530/1300
