March (Exercise) Madness Challenge

I've hit 40%... 1065/2500 minutes of cardio... got bored on the gym treadmill after an hour, so I went and walked the local bike path and park for 2 hours... :yay:

For the weekend I did :

Sat: 30 minutes yoga, 60 minutes Hip Hop routine. 90 minutes for Saturday.
Today/Sunday: 20 minutes yoga, 47 minutes treadmill, 15 minutes abs, few weights, 8 minutes jumping on trampoline with kids (hey! it's amazing how we take that for granted that there is nothing to it...ha) Total for Sunday: 90 minutes.. For the weekend: 170 minutes which puts me at 700/2500

I can add another 20 minutes. Thats 275/650. Got to love the good weather letting me do more walking.

Update: I added another 158 minutes, so now I'm at 334/950. So I'm up over 30%!

Update 85/800. I've had a slow start...kiddos have been sick. But everyones better and this week is off to a great start.

Yea :cool1: Another 75 minutes yesterday!

I'm so motivated when I read the reports posted here ~ you're all doing such a great job :thumbsup2 I'm always encouraged to put on my walking shoes and head outside.

Have a great day!

3/10 - 120 min moving and cleaning basement
3/12 - 40 min gym (treadmill, bike and ball)

for a grand total of - 275/600 almost 1/2 way there Woo Hoo!!!!

:cool1:

Reporting Monday's work outs: I ran 2 miles on the treadmill this morning and then took a weight lifting class at lunchtime. 380/1200

I just updated & WOW!!! I am SO impressed!!!

At the gym today the lady teaching the water aerobic classes that was going on while I was swimming laps had her white board. Today's quote was

"If reality can destroy the dream, why can't the dream destroy reality!"

That really hit me as it seems like that is what each of us has done and are doing. We're each taking the reality of us which was destroying many of our dreams and instead making the dreams of what we can be destroy what was our reality. Does that make sense? Thinking and concentrating on not drowning are a dangerous combination for me!

mon 3/12 - please add 130 mins for me - thank you

30min treadmill morn
40min treadmill night
60min yoga class
