Yesterday, I wogged (walked/jogged) for 50 minutes and did 20 minutes of strength training for a total of 70 minutes. I'm just over my half-way goal for the month.![]()
My kids are now starting to join in on my exercise program ~ I was hoping that would happen.

I've added to my daily routine of 40 minutes on the treadmill with some yoga and time on my exercise bean. Gotta make sure to tone and strengthen along with my cardio.
