March (Exercise) Madness Challenge

270/1750...............slow start............:confused3
 
I am at 525/1200 now. Nice weather is starting to show up, so lots more walking outside!
 

Please add 60 minutes on for me. Thats 335/650. Whew...I think thats halfway for me!
 
3-12 walked 45 mins 340/675 at 50% :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

I am totally pumped! New work hours, so I can now go to Yoga at night with a friend :cool1: :cool1: we start tomorrow :cool1: :cool1: hmmm what would I count that as? Its 1 1/2 hr class, never been so not sure what I do, but can't wait!!

I also joined Curves with same friend!! I am sooo :cool1: :banana: :cool1: to be able to do all these cool things! I have a life again :cool1: :banana: :cool1: :banana:
 
I want to say YAY for everyone, :cool1: :thumbsup2 :yay: You are all doing so awesome!!!! Congrats on all your work and commitment!

I was at the gym early this morning and did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine. I don't like that thing but it's part of the gym challenge so I did it. I have claimed my 30 minutes so I'm at 445/1200. I plan to take a 50 minute step and sculpt class after work so I'll add those minutes later.

ETA: My work out buddy just stopped by and told me she's taking core and since I'm such a follower, I just signed up. So that will make three work outs for me today! Woohoo!!! I have never done that before. I won't post the time of the other work outs until I do them.

Yesterday, I wogged (walked/jogged) for 50 minutes and did 20 minutes of strength training for a total of 70 minutes. I'm just over my half-way goal for the month. :dance3:

My kids are now starting to join in on my exercise program ~ I was hoping that would happen.

360/700---I'm halfway there! :cool1: I've added to my daily routine of 40 minutes on the treadmill with some yoga and time on my exercise bean. Gotta make sure to tone and strengthen along with my cardio. :)
