March (Exercise) Madness Challenge

Hi, I'd like to join this challange. I've been doing Nutrisystem and joined the gym at work. I'm down 14 lbs in the last 7 weeks. I would like to set my first goal at 600 mins.

Just hit the 10% mark with my 15 minutes of Pilates. Hopefully I'll get some weight-lifting in today too.

got a new pilates dvd today and had to try it out. another 25 min to mine!

Everyone's doing GREAT! I'm beginning to see lots of GREEN! I hope it's either Spring peeking thru or all the grass we're trampling down!

WOW ~ I'm thrilled I joined this challenge. Everyone here is so inspiring that it makes me want to work that much harder to get on my feet and move :banana:

I can't believe how excited I get when I increase my exercise minutes on my signature. Amazing how something so little can make such a huge impact on my self esteem. :cutie: In fact, I was going to take a day of rest today ... but noooo ... I just had to add another 30 minutes to my monthly goal.

Today: Another 135 minutes, plus 150 from yesterday!

I'm trying to bank some serious minutes before I leave for DLR next week, as I'm not sure how much time away from the Mouse I'll want to spend.

Total so far: 405/2000
 
I am tip-toeing back in after not having met my challenge in a number of months. If it isn't too late, can I try for March??

I got in 40 minutes on the TM today. I think I commited to 650 so thats 40/650.:)
 
Julie, I am at 85...I am just going to post when I remember. If I become a pain, let me know.

Also, I am really glad that I found the WISH board, especially this thread. I think it is what I needed to get my act together with the working out and weight loss.
