March (Exercise) Madness Challenge

Hi Julie,

Thanks for hosting this!!!! Please put me down for 800 minutes this month. I think I can do that.

So far I am at 60/800

Slow start, but that is okay.

Walked today for 50 minutes, bringing me to 205/1200.
 
Julie -- I have been meaning to get here and jump on your challenge. I know how much work this is, so thanks so much, sweetie, for making the time to do it.
I am going for 1000 minutes this month and already have 100/1000 (40 minutes TM on 3/1; 20 minute stretching and walking on Saturday morning; and my 40 minute 5K Saturday).

So, here I am 100/1000 and well on my way. Thanks again, Julie! :hug:

I got another 50 minutes in tonight -- 30 on the treadmill and 20 doing crunches and pushups on the swiss ball. I am at 150/1000.
 
I'm late joining again--but please put me down for 1200 this month. Right now I'm at 165/1200. Since the weather warmed up I've been riding my bike around town on errands, which is sure an easy way to get exercise in! Last night I even rode a mile to the church for the boy's BSA meeting. We had all the lights & blinkers and rode home in the dark, which was very weird, but fun. It was sweet to have two 14-year-old boys take care of me on the way home, like I was the kid and they were the parents!

I did another 120 minutes over the last 2 days. I'm at 180/1000 so far. today will be a day off at least from strenouse exercise, might do a stretch video instead. Looks like everyone finds a way to squeeze in exercise every chance they get :thumbsup2 , that is what I need to do.
 
I took a break yesterday and I have to say, I felt really guilty! Today, I'm going to reward myself with 60 minutes of walking and strength training.

check it out 130 minutes today!!! I went walking and did some strength raining and then took a kickboxing class!!! YAY I feel great!! prolly wont be able to move tomorrow!:rotfl:
 
40 min TM/30 min strength/stretch brings me up to 410/1400.
