Why is the park predicting a 9 crowd level for the week of March 8th to the 16th? Kids are in school and no holidays aren't they? Why such big crowds? I'm booked that week at SSR btw.
I guess if it's college spring break time I shouldn't have to worry beings I'm bringing my two year old and I will be touring the park for child attractions not thrill rides.
Just about every college around us is on break that week.
We're skipping WDW and going elsewhere with my two college age kids. But, we had a great week two years ago, when we went. The crowds really weren't too bad (definitely not 9) and the weather was great so we spend every afternoon at the pool.
We went in 2011 that same week. DS was on Spring Break, we figured it wouldn't be too bad becuse it was so early. Wrong. It was very, very crowded with long lines for all rides. I had been on two other spring break weeks and that one was BY FAR the busiest.

We are going the 15th-22nd because we are on Spring Break. That's really the only time we can go this year. Spring Break, Mardi Gras, and Easter are spread out throughout the month of March and April. It seems like the crowd calendars are trying to predict when most people will be on break. Here are some polls I found on DIS:
