Hi Everone,
I just found this board..wow, it's awesome!! We are going on this cruise...just booked it!! We can't wait! It's going to be our 2nd Disney cruise. We're going with our two little girls!
One thing I guess with booking last minute is we got the late dinner...but we're on the wait list...is there a chance we will get moved to main dining or is that unlikely? Just curious!

yes, you can get moved to main dining. It's happened to us about 30 days out on both our previous cruises. Since we're traveling without the kids this time, I won't be sad if we don't end up with main dining, although my DH prefers eating early.

Just think... Its almost 2010 and our time to cruise on the Magic!!

Hope everyone here is doing well and had a good New Years, now my diet till the cruise begins. I found out some good information.

Alfred and Seymour will be on The Disney Magic during this cruise, when I read that I got so happy. I was so hoping they would be on the cruise again when I went saw the in Feb/March 2009 when I went on my back-2-back and found them the best act I've seen on the Magic, now I get to see them again, going to be great. Hung out with them in Rockin' Bar D the last night of the cruise as well totally funny guys even when they aren't doing a show.

Hey all- looking into booking my one way rental car for Friday when we fly in, and Saturday when we disembark. I got a great code after seeing it on the main cruise board, it's a disboards code for Budget. I got a compact for $46.65 on Friday (tax included) and for $36.92 on Saturday!!!!! It's code Y937800.

Now on to booking flights, hopefully tomorrow!

Dismommy2, I didn't have to do anything to get moved up on the waitlist for main dining. It just appeared on my reservation about a month out.

last time I checked with my dad we are on waitlist for early seating as well. I like it more then late, but I won't mind if we get late seating to try it again had late seating in 2002, 2005, and 2007

Take a look at it and make sure your information is accurate. Let me know if you have boys\girls for the teenagers and children and I will add it for everyone to see.

Do you already have a FE? If so, do you mind sharing where you got it?

Are we doing gifts for each person or by family? Just curious!!! This is our first FE and it sounds fun!!

You can make your own FE or you can find them on ebay. Usually you only do one gift per room the whole cruise. You can drop it off anytime throughout the cruise when you have time usually its easy to get it done the first few days so you can enjoy the rest of your cruise. Sometimes diser's will do a gift for adults and then kids but you can do one gift for the whole family also. It's really up to you! It's great fun to come back to your room and see what suprises you got that day!

That's the cool thing about fish extenders...its really open. Unless everyone agrees on something very specific its all up to you!

The last fish extender I was involved in, I made up grab bags off all pirate stuff for pirate night. I ordered bandanna's, eye patches, temp tattoo's, stickers and glow sticks. Then bought some other stuff for the real little guys.

We got mix cd's of cruise music, candy, crafts. All sorts of fun stuff.
