March 6th, 2010 7 Night Western

:cool1:
Thanks for the thoughts on the night before. Will look into the Fairfield, hope they have a park and cruise special.

Hey, I am hoping to eat at Palo one night but not formal night. Does anyone know when those should be?
75 days to go!

Does anyone know how book a dolphin swim without Disney ( they are all booked already). I tried to book through company but they would not let me because Disney will not let them book any cruise people. Really wanted my kids to experience this.:confused3

Try

Maybe they will work with you! I have never been to this company, but have heard good things reported on the review boards. Good luck.

Well, we muddled through the reservations last night. It was not without problems and I ended up with my Palo dinner on the Formal Night. Guess we could eat twice. Bummer!!!

I did get my spa schedule down. I managed to be kicked out of my reservation for 45 minutes because someone else in my travel group tried to make a different reservation (brunch) at the same time as I was reserving dinner. Wonderful. My whole party could not get back into their reservations for 45 minutes. After I calmed down and actually read the "red" lettering, it warned me not to do that!

All was fine in the end..except the Formal Night thing! Guess we can't be perfect on our first try! No High Tea reservations were available at all. That is something that sounds fun to me. I will keep looking.

We ate in Palo last time on Formal Night and it turned out fine. We've opted to skip Palo this trip...even sans kids...as we did dinner, brunch, and high tea last time! And don't worry if you can't get your first choice of days now. My parents were able to easily change theirs once onboard to a day they preferred. No worries! I did get my spa ressie though. Woohoo!

we only have done Palo for brunch and love it, never done it for dinner and don't think we plan to unless we go on another back-to-back cruise

Can a family decide to go to the Late live show even if they have the late dining? Does Disney track this in some way?

Well, we booked at 12:02 am on 12\21 and got everything we wanted - snuba in cozumel, snorkeling in Grand Cayman, palo brunch on first sea day and tons of child care time to cover the excursions. I am so thrilled to be going on the cruise!!!!

We are staying at the orlando Hyatt on Friday night. Coming in late so it was great to get a room in the airport. Trying to make the decision on transportation to the terminal - disney or limi or rental car. What do you guys think? We have a 8 year old and 1 year old coming with us.

We booked in a cat 9 and are hoping for an upgrade but we will see. Maybe get some fairy dust sprinkled earlier :)

Also, just got to start working on the FE list :)

Anyway, Merry early Christmas Eve!

We will prob be staying in Disney flying in Thursday and Friday at the parks then rent a car and drive to port Saturday, like getting there early to get on the ship sooner:thumbsup2.

Hope everyone has a great holiday.

Hi All and Merry Christmas!
In reading everyone's responses...how do you know what night is your formal night?
Thanks!

Anyone want to go on the Native Way Water Sports Rum Point and Reef snorkeling with our group in Grand Cayman. I am still trying to get together 16 people. $57 per person includes lunch at Rum Point.

I don't think that it will change. You can also look at recent Navigators by doing a search for "Disney cruise navigators". They are on a different website.
