Main St Electric Light Parade FP+

When is the earliest the system will allow a FP selection for it? We're about 3 wks away and it doesn't give me the option.

Can't find the answer anywhere and I swear I saw a similar question when It was irrelevant to me

I'm wondering the same, except for the new daytime parade. We're about the same time away, and I'm literally checking 2&3 times a day in hopes that I haven't missed out.

Everything else has been planned for weeks, thanks to DDP & FP+, but the one thing I *REALLY* want to make sure I've got, I can't get access to yet! Somehow that A) doesn't make sense & B) seems like just my life!

The benefit for us would be so that we don't have to stake out a spot an hour or more in advance and my kids could actually see the floats. Last time, even with staking out a spot, we were still behind a lot of ppl and pretty much could only see the tops of characters going by. We'll also be there during Easter break, so it's going to be VERY crowded.

Dates after April 12th have not been released. Might have something to do with hub construction or holiday. I think whether you think a FP+ for MSEP is worth it is a matter of preference. You can watch it anywhere but you can't get advantages of FP arrival, location, etc anywhere. We use it but always have multiple days in MK in trip is we don't do it at the expense of missing anything else.
