Magical Express with late booking

We booked a last-minute trip in which we will be arriving this Sunday. Our TA said it would be too late to get the vouchers/tags that go along with the Magical Express. How would the getting the luggage from the airport to our room work in this case? I just need to pick it up myself and bring it to the Magical Express area? Thanks!

You do not need any of the luggage tags for DME to pick up and deliver your bags to your room.
When you check in at the DME desk at the airport, just give the CM your regular airline luggage claim checks and
DME will pick up your bags. (Ask the CM to photocopy your claim checks so you can
also retain a copy, just in case.)

But, you CAN pick up your own bags and bring the bags on board the DME bus with you, if you like.

Ditto. I have made my booking, literally, as I walked onto the plane (we fly standby and didn't want to book a room and then not make it). We have never had a problem with just giving our luggage tags to the ME desk.
