Magical express tags

Hey everyone,

Quick question. How far in advance do the tags for Magical Express normally come? We've got two weeks to go and still don't have them yet. Is it time for me to call?

If you have more than one family on the reservation, there is a good chance that they were mailed to the other party.

Definitely call, I just added a one-way cruise transfer through my TA on Wednesday and received my booklet and tags on Saturday so they can get them out fairly quickly. If you booked through a TA, call them first.

We received our tags Yesterday our trip is in 21 days.

So I called and they didn't have anything in the system for us. I could have sworn I set it up. Hopefully they can still get here in time.
