Magical Express Question

Is there a place on your WDW website or MDE to see whether or not you have already booked Magical Express? I can't remember if I have already booked it for this up and coming trip!

I always rent DVC points, so I always have to book Magical Express by contacting the dvc rental people. I'm not sure if that'd make a difference or not to whether I can see the reservation.

It's not a big deal to contact them, but just more curious than anything.

Try looking at the "My Reservations" page of MDE.
In the "Hotel Reservations" section, look for "Airport Transportation: Disney's Magical Express Service".
 
If you click on 'view details' under your hotel reservation in MDE you'll get a popup window with a link to 'change reservation.' When you open that, you'll see the ground transportation field to show if you selected it. Mine doesn't show the flight details though. Not sure if that's because I had to book the flight later or because it just doesn't show, but your best bet is to call the number and verify your flight details. I've never found where you can view that online.
 
If your within 60 days you can also see it in your online check in as your 'arrival time'.

I don't actually get the link to 'change reservation' on MDE. My guess is because I'm not the person who booked the resort, that would have been done by whoever I rented to the points from.

Thanks for the information! I'll just message the DVC rental people and get them to check on it for me

Good Afternoon *******,
The Magical Express has been added to your reservation.
Within a couple of weeks before arrival, an Airport Transportation Booklet will be delivered to the lead guest's address listed on your reservation. Pack any valuables and/or medication into a carry-on bag because you might not have immediate access to your luggage when you arrive in Orlando.
You will not be able to see the Magical Express on your reservation.
Unfortunately, DVC no longer has the capability of placing it on your reservation so that it can be viewed on your on-line check in.

I guess this answers my question, lol!
 
After the DME reservation is placed by the DVC owner, you can verify or modify the reservation by calling DME @ (866) 599-0951.
