We went last week and while it was the first time I had been there so I had nothing to compare it to (and thankfully like a day after the center hub construction was done) I barely noticed any construction at all.

Turrets possibly late August to mid September and balance of walkways and construction walls at Liberty Bridge currently projected late November. What we were told in a meeting yesterday. All subject to change, of course.
