Magic Christmas Cruise 2010 (Dec 18th - 29th) **** PART III ****

Packing is so hard! I'm bringing way too much but I cant decide what I want to wear while on the boat. I like to have options! :lmao: I think we are going to have 4 giant bags. That isn't even including our carry-ons!

I've never had this much luggage. I keep taking stuff out but my piles don't seem to be getting smaller.

Agnes and I went and bought our matching Xmas eve pj's. We bought Sean a pair too. I'm hoping to get a picture of us in front of the tree. Does anyone else wonder the ship in matching pj's?

Our family will be wondering the ship in matching pj's!! Well, at least on Christmas Morning. Hehe.

Thanks!

(Wish I knew how to do the multi quote trick so I could have done this all in one post, but...) :confused3

Hi Penny,

To the right of the quote button is a small tab with quotes and a plus sign. Just click on it for each post you want to quote(it turns red) then hit the post reply button at the bottom of the screen. Now you have multiple quotes!

I make mine wear matching t-shirts when we board and they fight that, so there is no way I could get them into matching PJ's. Even though I would like to.:confused3 This would be a great picture!

Mom bought a cute pair for the whole family a while ago and we already sent them to the ship.We all have the same bottoms, but think she got snowman tops for the girls, and Christmas trees for the boys.

IMO, not gonna kill the kids to wear matching pj's for half a day, they can grin and bear it!! :rotfl2:

Can't wait to see you guys on Christmas morning!

DD's boyfriend just roll his eyes at me:rolleyes1 when I start talking about matching stuff. But he does it to make me happy.:flower3::thumbsup2 He does the same thing with his mom.

See you guys on Friday!

You are very welcome! Makes me sound so smart but I just happened to figure it out one day so I am glad I could help.

Have a great day!

Still cold, cold, cold here in Iowa!

Hi everyone.
Took me a while to catch up!
Good to hear everyone is travelling here or about to do so.
We go to MVMCP tonight.
Its still cool today but not as windy as yesterday.
Organised my FE gifts into seperate bags yesterday and it took over an hour!
The kids have really enjoyed emailing and chattin to the others on here and cant wait to meet everyone.
Take care everyone.

It is literally freezing here in South Florida. Woke up this morning to 29 degrees, frost on my lawn and a wind chill in the teens. My DW says it reminds her of our summer mornings when we lived in Park City, UT. :rotfl2: We only lasted 18 months there (we got 9 feet of snow between our only Xmas and New Years there).

For the first time ever, we will be wearing matching shirts on Christmas morning which we will definitely want to capture in a family photo. It is actually kind of fun seeing how much the older kids are getting into it. Meanwhile our 7 year old has no idea despite pile of clothes and luggage everywhere.

THanks!!!! Ask and ye shall receive, right? :)

Me too! Thanks!

1 more sleep - I'm getting so excited! We start driving around 1:00pm on Wednesday as long as DH can get off of work by then! Not sure if we are gonna drive straight through or not?

I'm not going to bag my FE's. I will say that they are little boxes of candy so there really is no need to. (I believe that they don't sell this candy in the US so I thought it would be a neat FE)

I packed up all our clothes last night. So today I will print off all confirmations, lists etc. I still need to clean, go to the bank, pack up the electronics and toiletries. I will get through it!

See you this weekend!

Marcy

disboard additions are fast and furious now...I am so busy that I will not have much more posting-time before we depart.

Safe travels to everyone. Please don't forget us in room 7510 (not 7007) for FE gifts (my kids are really looking forward to those. :thumbsup2

Glad you enjoyed the video.:rotfl2:

My way of sending you all a Christmas Card...

See you on Saturday.

This will prob. be about my last post too. Am hysterically attacking piles, lists, magnets, etc.

That youtube video was great! We survived the big snowfall!! We are so looking forward to warm weather - twenty one degress will seem balmy.

See you all soon!

was just on my Facebook page, and Melanie (miatemel I think) just posted that her dad's bypass surgery started about 45 minutes ago.

I will be very busy this week; DD's Birthday, laundry & packing. We leave on Thursday night.

Wednesday is my youngest DD's 11th Birthday. So, I need to make cookies for school and a birthday cake for home. I also need to get her presents wrapped.

I have a couple of formals & semi-formals I need to try on... make sure they fit.;)

The kids loft area if full of suitcases & clothes. Last night we pack for the girls and tonight we will pack for the boys. Thankfully, the kids our old enough to help. :) I just sat on the floor with my list and had them go and get what was needed.

I pray the weather at WDW keeps improving...we have tickets for :santa:MVMCP on Friday night! I keep checking the weather... it says Hi 75 & low 57. I can't decide if we will need heavy coats & gloves or just heavy sweatshirts. The past few years we have needed to heavy coats at the end of Dec. I guess will keep checking, until we leave for the airport.

I am going to go get my chores done, have a great day everyone!

Yep, that is her. He is having 6 bypasses. All my fingers and toes are crossed for him.

I can't pack anymore. I'm taking a break. Now I know why our ancestors travelled with steamer trunks!!!!
