Magic Christmas Cruise 2010 (Dec 18th - 29th) **** PART III ****

Greetings all again. Miss a few days, and I feel I have missed a lot. This past weekend was my DD12's home gymnastics meet. I did the announcing and some of the organization, so I was at the gym the entire weekend. DD12 competed last night and came in second place All Around. Today was my day to catch up on everything that I have been putting off.

DD14 has decided that she might need to start packing. Considering she has dance class on Wednesday and Thursday (and Justin Bieber concert Thursday night), this does not look good. You may be seeing her in the same clothes every day.

Time to make some t-shirts and magnets.

I am freaking out!!! Not packed, can't find my clothing lists, and want to join the fun. No boas, no pirate costumes, uggg!!! Oh! I do have new ugg slippers. But...

So excited for all the upgrades, early departures (that's you Caryn) and folks there or on the way! Can't believe it's finally really here.

Have a small scavenger hunt planned for DD9 Thursday night for the big surprise. She'll be home abt 8:45pm from piano workshop and Mickey's calling at 9:01pm. Whoo Hoo!!!

Now just need her to go to bed so I can continue work on my piles.

We're on the 19th as well! I was happy to have the reservation as I've never done the tea before, but I just realized that it will eat into our DIS Meet/ornament exchange as we have to be there at 3pm and will have to take our three kiddies to the club beforehand. If the little one will stay, then I'm really looking forward to the tea. My DH is a little less enthusiastic because I told him he has to accompany me

Miatamel- We are all praying for your dad. The trip will definitely not be the same without you and your humor! I hope that you can make it.

cquick- I forgot about the champagne boa party also. Will someone please pack a boa for this mom of boys? I will bring a bottle of bubbly.

Mndisfam- I assume that you have also survived this most awesome storm. Who would guess that we would be lucky enough to be going to the Caribbean with the past month of winter storm warnings (3 weekends in a row).

By the way, we ended up with around 15 inches of fresh snow... the aftermath...

Moose out front survived...

Don't know if you've ever had the call from Mickey before but if you haven't make sure you answer the phone first. We had our first call on Sunday and I didn't realize that before Mickey talked the Cruise line talks. They say "This is your requested call from DCL. We are so excited to see you on the Cruise...(a few other things). Then it says if your ready for the rest of your call push 1. You might want to wait until you push one to give your daughter the phone. My 7 year old was confused at first then really excited when Mickey started talking.

As my son and I discussed tonight while driving to hockey on a below zero, blisterry cold night. We might not like the weather, but we are northerners and we live with it, because it is just part of life up here.
