That's too bad it was so cold for
MVMCP. When you are cold like that it just takes away some of the fun. Glad to hear they refunded your tickets for the dessert party.
BBB and lunch with the princesses - what a fun day! How are you guys liking SSR?
We like SSR. It's definitely big and I must say I don't like the system they have at the counter service restaurant - they share the cashiers with the gift shop, so I ended up standing there with 5 beverages waiting for two cashiers to wrap mugs in bubble wrap for two different customers! While my food got cold back at the counter.
The bus transport is good, we've never had to wait more than 15 or 20 minutes for a bus. It's just so big though, that you have to ride around to three other bus stops before you get to yours.
The rooms are spacious and comfy and staff pleasant. We'd definitely stay here again, although I really want to try Bay Lake Towers sometime.
Thanks, Steve! So many people have been saying they can't remember the last time they saw this much snow in TN (6"). It is just pretty to me, not terrifying.
Now thinking maybe sit down Wolfgang Pucks as we are staying in Downtown Disney. Hmmmmmm.
Kind of funny, when we flew down in Feb earlier this year school was out the whole week and we could have left earlier than we did ...
Caryn
We ate at Pucks last night - very yummy. Couldn't fit dessert though - that will have to wait until next time! At this rate, I'm not going to be able to eat anything on the cruise - none of my clothes will fit!!!
It was SO cold in WDW yesterday. It seriously felt colder than back home because of that wind
We're off to Epcot today.
We've ridden pretty much everything in MK now (wooo, all walk-ons!!) except for Aladdin's Carpets. I know it exists but we seem to have failed to even walk past it once, so we'll go hunt that down at MVMCP on Thursday.
Hope everyone has safe travels and stress free packing
See ya real soon!
We must have passed you today. We were all over Epcot this morning. Resting now and then heading back for dinner in Japan and the candlelight processional. The girls lOOOOOve Soarin' and Test Track. They weren't thrilled with Mission Space, but DH liked it. I didn't go because Grace wasn't tall enough, so we rode Nemo a couple times and went to Turtle Talk with Crush - VERY CUTE! Then we rode Spaceship Earth and Ellen's Energy thing. Both nice and informative for the kids - although I think they need to update Ellen. She uses a 1990 cell phone - remember those bricks with the retractable antennae? We got some fast passes to ride Test Track and Soarin' again between dinner and processional.
I couldn't believe the temperatures this morning - the wind chill was 19 degrees!!!!!

We had layer upon layer - tights, leggings, jeans, undershirt, t-shirt, long-sleeved shirt, sweatshirt/sweater, fleece, and windbreaker!!! Then hats, scarves, & gloves! But we had a good time this morning! As we were leaving, they wind seemed to be kicking up a bit - I hope it doesn't get too bad for this evening. We are packing some fleece blankets in just in case as well.
We'll be at MK on Thursday morning, but DH is taking me to Victoria & Albert's for dinner. Take the first left off the main drag, by the hot dog restaurant. Keep walking straight over the footbridge. You'll pass the dole-whips stand (I so want to try one of those, but it's WAAAY too cold!), the Robinson treehouse, and keep going straight. You'll walk right into the spitting camel at the carpet ride. He wasn't spitting the other day, I think it was too cold. Jungle cruise is also over there so you might try to ride that one too!
Oh and Aaron can't find his camera cord - so no photos.

Hopefully, he won't max out his two 8gb memory cards....
