I'm having a lot of trouble with DME. I log in and go to link my resort reservation and it tells me it belongs to me! In other words, my same name. I spent an hour on the phone last week with IT who told me that I have 2 accounts with the same user name, same email and same password. She told me that they were now linked together so that I 'should' be able to link reservation, etc. Also said that she couldn't close one of the accounts since I have a current resort reservation.
I'm still having the same problem. Fortunately my trip isn't until the end of Sept so I have time to get it straightened out. But it is a pain to have to call and spend time on the phone to get it done.
