Magic Bands and MDE

I made reservations a few days ago for two rooms at Coronado Springs - 2 adults in each room. Afterwards I went into MDE and purchased Magic Bands for myself and my boyfriend. I received the confirmation email for the order and it stated that we should receive them 10 business days prior to our trip. No worries there, our vacation isn't until February. Saturday morning I noticed after linking both reservations, I'm listed as one of the guests in the second room. I was unable to modify through the website so after waiting four hours on the phone, the cast member was able to get everyone situated in the correct rooms. All four of us are linked up so I thought that would be the end of the issues.

MDE is now prompting me to purchase the Magic Bands again and no longer shows the pending order. Has anyone else seen this? I really don't want to have to call Disney but I think it's my only choice. I was already charged on my credit card so I suppose I could wait and see what happens, but I also don't want to wait 9 months and they never show up.

1. That CAN certainly be one of the many, many GLITCHES that MDE can randomly exhibit.
2. & 3. Give it some time (a month or two -or more- would be just fine since your trip is so far away) and see if things return to normal.
4. You can get this kind of thing straightened out within a week's time if necessary,
so don't stress about it...
so just re-check MDE over time, relax and wait for awhile.

Thank you for the reassurance. With so many hiccups I've had in the beginning of planning this trip, I worry myself at death at times. I really need to take a chill pill and hope for the best
